再次到與朋友黎呢間隠世小店相聚加生日慶祝。店子小小但永遠響服務同食物有驚喜。話說今次生日主人食素，老闆即刻諗左一部分無肉dishes,好細心呀一開始每人一杯Mocktail好清新，好好飲。黑毛豬扒半生熟第一次食，好嫩好香肉味，加埋白無花果醬，perfect但有部份朋友覺得太生又係豬，唔係太接受。羊架好juicy，素意粉好彈牙，唯一不足係似乎每個dish都係新鮮沙律，唔係太多變化。免開瓶帶左6枝洒，又襯到dish又經濟，太好了!甜品，音樂，加老闆風趣幽默，澳洲式親切服務太讚了吧真係好鐘意小店互動精神，真才實料。 滿足滿足，下次再黎。 西班牙黑毛豬扒配白無花果醬 夏日Moctail ，清爽特飲…查看更多

I am quite demanding on Peking Duck and I would say,  so far Peking Garden is the best Roasted Peking Duck in Hong Kong. The too oily and not too dry, full of roasted duck after taste, duck is tender and the skin is not too crispy but well cook and the sauce make it perfect!Apart from the peking duck, another recommendation dish is the Fried Xiao Lung Bao, crispy base with juicy and yummy pork well cover in the middle, that is too awsome!The last but not least, the dessert is traditional chinese dessert, we picked the Almond Tea with Egg White and the taste is so delicious.Overall service quite nice, the only picky thing is, wait too long and the waiter and waitress too busy, they couldn't take care of you all the time.The location is great, near Admiralty MTR exit.We are now planning to go there again! …查看更多

That was the second time to visit Timon, 12/31/2015 a big day to wait for count down :-)We choose Timon with friends, and we choose the famous Spaninish drink - One bottle of Red sangria and One bottle of White sangria, i perosnally like White, quite fruity with more bubbles and feel like Champagne! Good for festival celebration.We choose some Tapas for wine pairing, those spanish chorizo, avocado toast and tomato toast, grilled octopus, spicy clam and cheese platter. 朋友推薦食左一間有型有格調既小店，位於汕頭街角落，唔多顯眼，鋪頭細細但設計得好精緻，開放式廚房同牆上畫感覺好正。冇門設計好開掦，擔心夏天黎可能會熱。入到舖，雖然細，但老闆娘好nice好親切，經佢介紹一輪後，已經好吸引，朋友講既一樣，澳式扒必試，廚師自創有機菇配法國芝士，再加訂左既法國生蠔，好期待 好新鮮既gilladeau no.0，廚師開蠔時完全保留海水，冇蠔碎，勁！ 牛魔王既我地，當廚師烤牛扒時已經聞到濃濃既香味，嘩！食落不得了，廚師堅持Pink Level，食開熟牛扒既我接受亦欣賞廚師既悉心推介，好嫩好香好味呀 呢個燴煆扁意粉，獨有醬汁同意粉蝦一齊食，甜甜地，好幸福既感覺 好滿足既一晚，食物質素高，服務環境等令我地覺得好舒服，瞬間覺得自己喺台北或其他城市。溫馨提事：暫時只收現金，申請緊Visa Master，生蠔要早三日前訂，座位有限一定要訂位 ，落雨想坐室外可能唔係首選。…查看更多
