The view is amazing, and the decor certainly catches the eye of foreign visitors. However the food and services does not live up to the expectation. The waiter refused to use pen and paper to write down our order which I knew he was going to get it wrong, and he sends another waitress to come take our order again in 2 mins to prove my point. The dish came to us at semming random speed, some came at the same time, and some took ages and multiple reminders. And the staff didn't even think about cleaning the table before serving dessert.
