I went to this place to have a business meeting and had virtually the same experience as an earlier reviewer on Google. One staff in particular was very rude (I didn't bother taking down his name. He is the fat bloke with glasses who behaved as if he owned the place. You will know who I am talking about if you still visit after reading my review). I was greeted with a very blunt statement of "90 minutes maximum stay. Minimum charge of $70 per head." before I was shown to my table.I didn't pay much attention to this comment initially as the place wasn't even half full and my friend and I had only intended to have a quick catchup over coffee. However, long story short, we quickly found that we had quite a lot to discuss and, bearing in mind the time limit rules, we thought we'd be fair and order another round of drinks.Lo and behold, when it was literally 92 minutes into our stay, the fat bloke came over with our bill and exclaimed that "time is up" and started clearing our table without asking if we had finished. My immediate thought was "this $%&* must have a timer or something!". When I looked at the bill, it was clearly in excess of $340 (we had four drinks and a fried chicken dish), so I pointed out to our timekeeper that we had spent more than double the minimum charge requirement per head, so maybe he can split the bill so we can stay for another 90 minutes? For me to have to make that proposal is ridiculous in the first place, but I was pretty annoyed at that stage and wanted to see if this guy would be willing to deal with customers sensibly.But no. It turns out their rules are extremely strict, and that if we wanted to extend our stay, we would have to leave and wait for 60 minutes before we would be allowed to return. "Yeah. Right!". What made it even more ludicrous was that the shop was even emptier than when we first got there, so there wasn't exactly a queue of customers waiting. My friend and I weren't in the mood to deal with such rudeness, so we decided to finish our food and drinks, pay and leave.I never bother taking the time to write reviews but I was so incensed by this bad experience that I feel I have to warn others not to go to this place. I will make sure this is a one off experience by vowing never to return and hope the shop can appropriately deal with this specific individual.…查看更多
