The food is amazing here but you can’t sit there and enjoy the food as there’s a long queue during lunch. The space is small and it’s packed with tables so the waitress can’t even squeeze in and kept touching her body to my back which is annoying af. Good for a quick meal though. The sourdough tart is quite tasty, but the wait is not worth it. The problem is bad management and poor customer service. If you know this is your most popular product and people are queuing for it solely anyways, why didn’t you inform your customers in line that it’s sold out so we don’t waste time queuing or give tickets for them to come back and get the tarts? Instead, you want people to queue for another 20 mins (or longer) again? Some dishes are ok and we use Eatigo discounts. Pad Thai is delicious with tempura shrimps. The morning glory is too salty for my taste and the pork lettuce is disappointing with mushy mined pork. The burger and the fries were nice but I would not pay for this price. It’s $128 for burger, fries and a drink. Burger is quite juicy. However, We have to wait for 40 mins after ordering the burgers. The staff just kept processing takeaway orders and ignored dine-in customers. They were (and still are) listed on Entertainer but the staff refused to let us use the Entertainer voucher and lied to us that they don’t have that anymore since June 19 (when someone else can still use it on June 30). They asked us to order minimum a drink and also have to pay for each round of beer pong (which is ridiculous) even when there’s no one waiting. This restaurant has really bad service and cheeky staff and managers. We asked three staff about the use of vouchers and they gave us three different answers just to cheat us (two said we can use but one said we cannot). When we asked for water (which we weren’t told we have to pay for that) after paying the bill and five mins before the hotpot ended, they changed the bill and add $56 without telling us. This is such a bad restaurant practice and they should have told us before charging considering they didn’t serve us any water the whole 1.5 hours. Just wanna let everyone know that the service is really bad in this place. When we first arrived they insisted us to take the rooftop instead of the aircon area and it was ridiculously hot in summer (apparently because everyone wants aircon and they wanna push people to the rooftop). Luckily we didn't fall for the trap, despite the fact that the guy asked us if we wanna see the rooftop after sitting in the aircon area. There was a table which is more spacious but they ended up giving us the other one to squeeze in with the other group of customers. The guy at the door originally said 2 hours of eating and then becomes 1.5 hour by the waiter and when they asked us to leave the waiter had the audacity to say we already gave you one more hour but we spent over 4k on this meal (come on!). The guys there are really rude and pushy but there are two nice ladies.Food is ok, but really overpriced. Also think they messed up our bottles of wine probably serving it to other patrons.
