I need to write to praise the staff in this shop because they are hard to find in HK nowsdays!The English speaking staff are always friendly and attentive. I used to be a regular customer of this place as I work and live in this area. I was very excited when Cedele first opened its shop in Elements. The seafood salad was absolutely amazing and delicious! they have a rather good range beautiful salad and other hot dish as well. Everything is good there, just to name a few, the avocado and shrimp sandwich, the banana and walnut muffin and the coffee are very very good.As time goes by, somehow, not sure why, they don't serve the beautiful salad that they used to serve, like tofu salad, seafood salad etc, instead they simply serve the ordinary green leaves with a few toppings you can add (which the salad bar at the supermarket in Elements does a much better job). The hot dish is disappointing as well, they serve the same dish for 2-3 days in a row (I can name it, stew chicken, baked fish fillet). The stew chicken looks like it has been cooked for a day long, the fish always look dry... The staff are poorly trained, as they don't know how to make sandwiches, as in they don't know what they need to put in a sandwich, eg, they don't put cranberry sauce inside the avocado and shrimp sanwich, doesn't know how to cut cakes... and worst thing is that they put someone who is not fully trained to make coffee! I hate to write these comments but its sad and disappointing to see such a beautiful small restaurant is becoming worse.…查看更多
