瑞士風景十分美麗,一間間小木屋,隨手一拍都可以很美,實在好想再去。今年疫情關係,不要說旅行,出外吃飯也很小。正當看看有什麼好餐廳可以一試時,看到了Chesa 55週年特別晚餐,分四星期,每個星期都和不同地區crossover。我就選擇了Saluti della Svizzera Italiana ,配上酒踏入餐廳,地方不算大,但整個環境氣氛即時讓我好像回到瑞士山區小餐廳。Happy Friday, 先飲為快,選擇了門神手工啤,泡沫豐厚幼滑,陣陣幽香。反而Rose Apple Cider就酸度好高,不是我杯酒
