落戶西營盤邊位，號稱CP值極高的師傅發辦，今日終於得以一試。非常健談的師傅，每道菜都主動解釋跟了解我們的意見。前菜：三文魚鼻- 酸中帶甜略帶爽口螢光魷魚- 帶點稔身的魷魚，味道清淡而易咬香魚bb天婦羅- 帶點苦澀但肥美，聽說是正常的現象刺身：北海道牡丹蝦肉質軟稔，牡丹蝦非常鮮甜，值得一試池魚-爽身彈牙針魚 （薑蒽）-有中式魚香跟調味的針魚，非常軟稔鱆紅魚- 近似油甘的口感，較厚切所以鮮味較濃深海池魚 熟成- 肥厚煙韌但無筋，比普通池魚更濃郁的魚香炙燒伊佐木- 兩重口感，皮脆肉嫩北海道海膽 紫蘇 魷魚- 重口味的紫蘇有一點把北海道海膽的風頭搶過，但海膽超鮮甜！魷魚也是無根亦creamy熟成六天大拖羅- 非常重油脂的大拖，白𥇦之餘入口即溶！山葵：即磨！顆粒感重中轉：南瓜沙律- 超甜的日本南瓜，半蓉半南瓜粒，既有口感又有即溶的部分，超好吃！經過油炸的帶子加上沙律菜跟櫻花蝦，味道濃郁帶油香。澳洲和牛橫隔膜（2成熟）跟薯蓉非常生也非常軟稔，聽說是澳洲普通和牛，牛味很香濃，完全沒有脂肪位，加點鹽已很好吃，實在非常吸引！甜品：豆腐雪糕- 濃得像是冰豆腐的味道，甜度不高，好吃！煎茶cheese cake- 澀中帶甜，茶味香濃，口感不會太結實，剛好柚子cheese cake- 柚子比較清新，幽香清甜，也是好的句號這餐師傅發辦才$700，CP值真的高，大推！…查看更多

Never had any korean food in my life, not once, not including fast food thoughThis one is obviously not "fast food" as we have to queue up for their food! I didnt know why the crowd here, but my wife has chosen this one, so that I have to wait, no doubtAnd It comes out fine, I like the food in this restaurantTook a picture of this "cooking" of such cheese rice, containing bunch of cheese and Korean style fried rice, and reheat it with their mini flamethrower, and then mixing it with forksI think the appearance was not that cool, but the taste itself was unexpectedly amazing, very cheesy and rice was chewy, I can finish the whole plate by myselfI think its kinda US stuff, Pan fried chicken has been poured with some sweet sour sauce and somehow its Korean food! This one is highly recommended by my subordinate, and this meal was treated by her as well, special thanks to her.Somehow, the food were quited disappointed, she agreed.the salad was mixed together like garbage, especially they added some sashimi onto it. which made it even worse. the salad dressing was too sour which gave us a taste of rotten food.....Its Swiss wing tip, I have tasted some in Chinese style teahouse, which tasted far better! The sauce here was obviously frozen, served to customers without properly defrost! Disappointing! Some Garlic shoot with Clam, tasted like leftover, those clams have no taste!Some of the desserts were drying in the fridge without any proper protection, which make the outer layer seems too dry. And most of them tasted bad and overly sweetened. Accidentally crossed by this restaurant, the decoration here was so cool that made me miss the old days back in US. This is whats good about HK, you can find anything you want here, a cosmopolitan city you can never find it elsewhere.They have that one and only food menu on the table, contains some tapas and only 4 mains, kinda surprised me while the trend is moving towards menu with hundreds of pages. The US Rib eye was juicy and soft!!! They were cutted into pieces already but still juicy, wasnt expecting such quality before getting in. it comes with caramelized onion which were sweet enough to enhance the taste. The rarely seen water chestnut was crunchy and small, easily to chew which is nicely matched with the other ingredients. Although its quite popular in Hong Kong to go to cat cafe, I have never been to one. This one was being introduced by a friend who said its a good one. Kitties are playful and get along well with human. Some cat cafe has so many kitties but lazily lying down, which are very upsad for customers like us who wanna play.Some of them are running around, while I can see the white one has an ear piece missing, the waitress said they are all adopted, thats why they are not perfectly shaped. People love them so much that they are always not on their seats, but on the floor playing with kitties. I can rarely see locals did that elsewhere, no matter adults or kids.Food are fine. the Pizza has basic ingredients such as mushrooms, tomatoes and smoked salmon, which tasted nice. The Pizza itself was crunchy and nicely dressed too.The cream brulee, was not good though, it cold in the heart and too sweet, the texture was a bit too tough.We enjoyed the relaxing night over here, with the kitties. By comparing this chicken hot pot, with larger varieties and better qualities. And of course, its not buffet and more expensiveI learned a lot of special hot pot food terms fm this menu, special thx to my frd KenThe first one is called Omasum,  its the stomach in ruminants of cows, which is used to aid digesting and absorbing water and magnesium.By comparing with those I ate at some other chinese restaurant, I think this is very soft and easy to chew! the Flavour isnt quite obvious though.this is some fried bread in chinese style, or You Char Kway/Chinese Donut, with some blended cuttlefish stick on it.Despite its quite salty, I like the crunchiness before steaming, and the texture after steaming is also very good to taste! These local beef are beyond expectations, very rich in beef flavour! and its not too chewy nor too soft, I can also feel the juiciness after I put it into my mouth, how great is this local boy!…查看更多

I love cycling fm all over new territories, being here at tai wo I parked my bike and get into this chinese restaurant with my friendsMy friend told me that this is Chicken hot pot in Sichuan style, thats why its spicy, while i can say the spiciness was very attractive. The chicken were tender and rich in flavour, with that paste, I can finish a whole chicken without any help, but they said it was just the beginningthe hotpot was then served with some chicken soup inside the pot, that was angus beef with a lot of taste fat, the quality of which could be compared with those $100 per pound beef inside the market! I am very sure its imported from the USNormal supermarket meatballs and dumplings, but these has some cheese within, cheesy and delicious!We can also order some grilled stuff like Chicken wings and pork skew, with some tasty sesame sauce, so its pretty sweet!This is chinese new year cake, didnt know we can order them in the middle of the year, I just love the tenderness and the sweet paste on it, and its grilled as wellSuch Japanese udon is extraordinary! Been working out all day to lose some fat, finnaly I gotta sit down and eat something real. Sadly there arent a lot of choices that i can have, sandwich could be one of them, so that I picked one full sandwichAt first I thought it would be too expensive, but when it comes out i was surprise like it can literally feed 2 people! It was even come with chips! The corned beef taste so much like ham and quite salty. With sauerkaut and swiss cheese, it made me drink quite a lot of bloggers. I myself am not a great fan of Korean food. I used to think Korean food is just processed food filled with excess sodium. It was an excellent way to preserve food in war time, but after WHOs research has proven that overage sodium food such as luncheon meat could cause cancer, and the nutrition loss makes the processed food became something harmful to human beings body.Why all these nonsense? Because I thought all Korean food are made with sodium, that I dont really appreciate, despite it a trend in Hong Kong. My family, however, my wife suggested that there is a korean restaurant in Shatin area that offers low sodium korean food, that has surprised me. Is low sodium food can be called Korean food at all?The place and menu were playful and colorful, those pictures of food are presented quite funny This entre is called pork belly with vegies, if you dont use the spicy paste, its totally fresh and low in fat, very much healthy and good tasteThis is tofu with some sour sauce on top of it, taste like thai sweet chili sauce without chili, the texture was very soft and easy to swallow, never have tried such kind of korean food beforeA Korean handled th cooking in front of us right away, the Korean paste has added flavour and color into the fried rice, I appreciate the texture of the eggs as they are cooked halfway, its still a bit liquidized, great cooking skill, even they are kids only.My wife like the cheesey flavour most, while I like the spicy flavour which is not burnt, but smooth to the throat.So many Korean food here contains egg, The bowl in stone is being used to dry out the rice and kept heat, it didnt burn the rice to dark, good work.…查看更多

Me and my wife have been farming in taipo for a whole day, after hacving fun, we decided to treat ourselves a fine dining meal.We didnt go across the "boarder" to find some expensive restaurant in KL, we hv chosen this small German corner shop instead.A very sharp German flag was painted there on the signboard, the location is not easy to find though.These Fresh French oysters are small but refreshing. The texture are tender and salty, salty in a good way. I can taste these are Sea water from France, haha!Spain meat platter can be mixed wif beer a bit better, so that i picked this one. My Hongkie cousin said he wanna treat me a dinner for finding a job for him. And then we end up going to Pizza hut I wasnt expecting to eat anything like cheese fondue, i was expecting some HK style pizza until they r served on the table.The cheese in the fondue was rich and creamy. However, I dont really know why they are being served with some fried chicken, French fries and coke. Recently I have been stressed out of work, definitely need a break!This set contains a hot plate, and all rounded nutrients,While a fine tenderloin steak has protein, and some potatos with carbs, eggplants and carrots provides fibre. The plate was extremely hot, so you have to be very careful. I have chosen to take the steak away and cut the ediable portion while I want to eat. Actually the steak was quite chewy and juicy, u hv the control to be not overcooking the steak. And you can reheat it anytime. Been to this lovely restaurant with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, which gave a bang for the buck, the cuisine here were exquisiteok, i admit that i am not a professional that I forgot to take photos before eatingthe top one was oyster soup, with extreme dense texture, taste like oyster sauce instead, the oyster flavour was unexpectedly highThe corn soup was sweet in favour, another super dense soupWhat a nice shaped Foie Gras! huge in size which could feed 2 people at a time, the potato apple mash was sweet and perfect match with the oily Foie Gras!
