If you think you have had the worst service before, try Pan de Pain! It surely WON'T LET YOU DOWN if you are looking for bad service! It is absolutely terrible, to the point where I am still sitting here and I have to write my review on the spot! After lunch, we thought we could get some nice dessert as it always smells good when we walk past and there is usually a long queue. Thought "yes, finally we get to try it" but it really takes us by surprise, well ... in a bad way! First, when we ordered some pancakes nicely and the waitress was very rude, as if she didn't want to be there at all. Forget about the smile, she didn't even look at us, was blunt and was giving us an attitude. As we continued to order more (2 french toasts + 1 set original of pancakes + 1 set of strawberry pancakes), instead of repeating the order, she gave us a very "UNFRIENDLY" reminder of the minimum charge per person. We understand it but we were literally SHOCKED with her attitude. It is completely fine when it's the company policy but she could have said it in a better way, at least be polite! Anyway, we just ordered 2 other pots of tea. Oh, there is more! We wanted to get their Souffle and nowhere on the menu indicated the serving time or when it's available but she replied in a mean way "We don't make this until 1pm". Trust me, that face with the attitude, it makes you sick looking at her! All in all, to be frank, the food is actually quite tasty! Hotcakes and french toast are all mouth-watering and yummy really! 6點半天都未黑齊喎!? 之後一位經理用零語氣大大聲係正門問:"先生有咩可以幫到你架?" 嘩, 你地d野愈來愈上得快, 我想要張大d既檯0者, 唔好好似我欠左佢地咁先得架, 再講我都做過呢行, 當然知你星期五要留大檯啦, 我心諗, 算把啦!經理! 唔好用唔想幫人既態度去問有咩幫到人啦! 至於食物方面我都唔會因為服務態度而扣佢分, 不過時好時差就有待改善喇, 或者係因為而家比以前更加集團化左, 所以食物水準有改變啦, 而我都見住一d以前好nice既哥哥姐姐們變左而家既機械人.只可以講一句可以的話, 我唔會再帶朋友黎
