之前在亞金南洋𣲙室吃了一份劣評多士，有個疑問就係香港做飲食難，但坊間大部分都係劣食為主，有心去經營嘅可遇不可求😞一直有搵份好食多士嘅懸念，早排出旺角經過光榮冰室食個Tea，亳不猶疑叫咗油占多同熱鴦少奶。份多士端上來見到金黃帶微焦的顏色就知對辦，打開份多士再看看，見到牛油跟果醬塗抹均勻，最重要份多士夠熱夠脆，麵包厚度和鬆軟度適中，終於食到高質多士有一份興奮，呷着熱鴦不禁覺得幸福滿滿，呢啲係有heart 嘅港式味道。…Read More

麵店近太和消防局，店面不大，有那種日式拉麵店格局，平日晏晝幫襯，唔使排隊就可即時入座。最吸引我就係pat pat 碗，可以一次過試兩種湯底，點了鹽味豚骨同辣味豚骨加硬麵，我覺得豬骨湯味道不算太濃，但本身口味偏清淡所以我反而較喜歡，麵質不俗，整體而言是及格，而且$98包叉燒、溫泉蛋，算是值得一試。不過我覺得如果多少少錢，叉燒可以厚D會完美多D。店舖還有其他小食選擇，最吸引我是炸雞，有機會下次和朋友一齊試，…Read More

有點趕時間就想快吃一個下午茶套餐，點了牛油咖央多士，多士烘唔透都算，但連牛油都搽唔勻，聚埋喺4小份其中一份，現在的茶餐廳牛油沒牛油香，咖央也只有甜味，遑論有蛋香，早知點煺蛋治可能會好吃些，價錢也一樣。本來打算點熱鴛鴦但自助點餐上沒有這個選項，只好點咖啡，一如所有茶記咖啡一樣，只有濃濃的苦味，始終也喝不完。雖然個tea set只係$29蚊都覺得唔值。香港的餐飲業水準只係不斷下降，又點怪香港人北上搵食，起碼人家CP值高。…Read More

觀塘cafe多但水準參差。看雜誌見到這間看來寬敞的空間，買餐點之餘也買設計，早早bookmark有機會要一試。星期日午市時間前往，比預期中人少，暗喜可以渡過一個寧靜下午，不枉之前身水身汗爬上三層樓梯。店員招呼入座之際不忘提醒用餐時間個半鐘，忍不住回話無乜人都要個半小時後埋單、換來單字：「係」。身水身汗之後一盆冷水。死死氣點餐，要了炸雞套餐，水準不過爾爾，夠入味但偏乾，咖啡又一般，沒有加一但想不到要再來的理由。偌大空間覺得是浪費了，傢私單品部分沒什麼空間佈局，勝在夠大點都夠擺，不過在此處工作應該是一件賞心樂事吧。…Read More

The restuarant is always fully booked and one-month advanced booking is a must. Naturally it is expected the food quality is much apprecited to attract the gourmets.However, it's just another hype in the city. Overall the food is so-so while the price is a bit high in the regard of the food. The cut cakes look much nicer than they taste.The environment is nice and cosy. A good place for afternoon tea if there's no long queue outside.And also as the staff are quite green, they are polite but not professional. btw, check the bill before the payment as i was charged wrongly for ordering two bottles of wine.
