A friend recommended this place and I’m really glad I checked it out. The meal was enjoyable and everything we ordered came out pretty quickly.Grilled Pork NeckThis was one of my favorites. It was grilled perfectly, flavorful, and didn’t have that gamey taste. The portion was a bit small and the slices were on the thinner side, but overall it was one of the better pork neck dishes I’ve had.Squid and Tiger Prawns with Salted EggThis one surprised me in a good way. The salted egg sauce was more on the salty side, which I prefer over the sweeter versions you usually find in Hong Kong. It had a Southeast Asian flavor and coated the seafood really well. Both the squid and prawns were fresh and nicely cooked, not rubbery at all. The portion felt a little small for the price, but the taste made up for it.Wagyu Beef Boat NoodlesA solid bowl of noodles. The broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles soaked it up nicely, and the wagyu beef was tender with a generous portion.Just a heads-up, the restaurant only accepts cash. It’s a bit inconvenient, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and well ventilated. I’d definitely come back to try their dry noodle dishes next time…查看更多
