Lucky to have booked before get known, and so we didn’t need to queue to get in. However, the sushi is quite disappointing, the oyster is very dry and small (smaller than the rice), the picture looks way more attractive. All the fish are quite thin and small, the scallop is bad too, 三文魚腩亦一啲都唔厚身。 I would prefer sushiro if thats the case. Very yummy soup & ramen! light, healthy, not oily at all but full of flavor!! the chef mentioned that he had been working in Japan for years, and its harder to make 清湯 than 濃湯 as you will need to soup to be absolutely clean (without a drop of oil, and they made it!!) but at the same time very 濃味.the chef is very passionate about the ramen, shared a lot of his thoughts and philosophy! the pork is very tasty and it’s the style that’s 硬身啲. we went at 6pm on a weekday, doesnt need to queue. highly recommend to go. the cost is super friendly, and the appetizers are just $15/selection!!!…查看更多

One of the best breakfast places in KLN!! huge variety, very tasty 自家製回鍋肉, good choice of vermicelli (爽口), and esp the milk tea is good!! 茶走唔會太甜 (which often happens in other cha charng teng), 茶底香濃, good balance of tea and milk, really a surprise. It’s by far one of my most favorite place for kong-style breakfast! the 出前一丁公仔麵 is no like any typical instant noodles offered in other cha charng tengs, it uses 北海道小麥粉 and the texture is chewy and good! The toast is well toasted and both the sunny-side up eggs and scramble egg is tasty. we had 鯛魚沾麵 & 鯛魚清湯拉麵, because 白湯 is all sold out when we were there. We started queuing at around 8:20 and able to get a seat at around 8:45. We think the quality is good and esp. if you like fish-broth based ramen! The 沾麵 is very rich and personally like the pork from 沾麵 more than 清湯拉麵. It’s quite special that the 清湯拉麵 comes with oyster oil, which added delightful flavour to the ramen. 沾麵 is also quite fancy as it is served with 乾冰 with some white smoke comes along when serving.We highly recommend the smoky egg as the smoky flavor is quite standout and nicely made, fried chicken is not bad but similar to most good quality fried chicken.It’s worth visiting if the queue is less than 15 mins, and slightly pricy but somehow you’re not able to find fish-broth based ramen easily around in hk.…查看更多

Taste superb! A very impressive japanese 居酒屋, all food are at impressive quality, and will have surprise too! it did a good job on doing regular dishes compare to other japanese restaurants, eg 甲羅燒 with a very good ratio of crab meat & crab paste. the tofu topping is special, and the appetizer mix (lobster salad & squid) are tasty too!
