叫咗兩款食物，三個人食，飽。雖然下單嘅時候，侍應表示一定不夠飽。我哋話我哋揀唔到其他嘢啱食，佢問“你哋有咩唔啱食？” 好彩食物嘅質素唔錯。八爪魚：老人家都冇投訴話咬唔爛，呢方面滿意嘅。不過味道都幾鹹，連老人家都話鹹，咁你想像到。魚短麵：面頭焗到啲麵脆脆地幾得意，調味近似西班牙海鮮飯嘅味道，好味。舊魚厚肉而且無骨，如果必須要挑剔，我就會話塊魚皮如果焗/煎到脆，就100分.佢啲飯面有分1、2人,或者三、四人份量。細食嘅我哋一、二人份量都好夠。正常食量嘅朋友就按人頭叫返就好啲。…查看更多

天口涼想打邊爐，呢度有個全豬餐，啱曬唔食牛嘅朋友，可惜同枱要食同款，我就試唔到牛。食物豚肉不錯菜也可以，朋友話有豆苗好驚喜唯菜以外的很多我哋都覺得有啲雪味，即使已煮了良久。。飲物選擇不少，愛beer的人會更開心，有任飲（我沒有飲beer但清酒就不太推介，除非你喜歡雙蒸嗰種）環境方面，設計上令某啲枱攞嘢唔太方便，但100分鐘其實夠食，所以行少少ok . （旁邊兩枱都未夠鐘就走）想讚吓個爐夠滾！…查看更多

住咗喺深水埗咁多年第一次知道呢間嘢，我覺得四十幾蚊真係好抵食，啲雞份量唔少，香味主要由雞皮、醬汁帶動，雞肉本身較淡。啲飯嘅味唔係太驚喜，但係啲湯好飲，所以用啲湯濕啲飯嚟食都係好味嘅。就算嗰兩片青瓜，都唔會有怪味，係食得嘅。…查看更多

本人不是太熱衷於拉麵，我覺得再好食嘅拉麵都唔會有驚喜。上次去日本朋友堅持要排隊食嗰間拉麵，食完我一樣覺得咪又係拉麵。通常可能得兩塊叉燒，跟住就係啲筍同埋木耳絲攝下牙啦，啲湯夠熱又夠味，好啲嗰啲隻溏心蛋都可能會好食嘅，面就咪又係拉麵咁囉。不過，呢間係例外。我真係覺得好味。我真係會嚟完又嚟。唔係因為諗唔到食乜先嚟嗰種，而係覺得對自己嘅一種優待。曾經食過蝦丸。今日食個勁啲嘅$118。（唔記得叫咩名,每日限定嘅,有肥蜆嘅,都係睇開飯有人講好味就試下囉）結果，堅有滿足感。啲蜆肉漲卜卜，碗麵啱啱嚟嗰時我個人覺得係未熟嘅，仲食到少少腥味，食到最尾啲湯熱到啲蜆就啱啱好熟喇（途中我喺啲蜆肉度食到一粒好大嘅沙定係貝殼嘅嘢，銀色嘅，但係好好彩我冇咬崩牙）然後，仲要有三塊叉燒！！湯好夠味，有蝦味，又有豚骨味。啱味👏🏻👏🏻啱曬我。（雖然食到尾係覺得鹹嘅，不過佢又免費提供茶，咁我就覺得冇問題。）溏心蛋整得好靚，味道都ok。紫菜亦都唔會好寒酸咁得一塊，而係有三。大。塊！！！今次好貪心咁試埋餃子。但係，我覺得都係拉麵比較出色，而且搞到我食唔曬碗麵,下次都係淨係食麵算喇🩷…查看更多

第二次嚟，啲嘢食都算好食，不過個男老闆啲態度令我唔會想再嚟嘅。十二點正過咗都未開門，企咗幾分鐘，等男老闆ready然後主動問我哋係咪嚟食嘢先至入去。兩個人入到去，表示我們有3位，佢繼續黑面和惡惡地咁講,“另一位係咪嚟緊？我哋用餐時間90分鐘。”其實而家好多舖頭都會限時，但一般店員都會客客氣氣咁樣講呢句說話，唔會令你有不受歡迎嘅感覺，但呢度就好似你嚟食免費餐咁同你講嘢。。。你以為佢好忙好多人嚟所以咁寸咩，隔咗一個鐘才有第二枱客。（我留意到男老闆對其他客人嘅態度一樣係咁唔友善。）不過女店員（應該係老闆娘）就好正常。屋企最麻煩嗰個鐘意呢度，就算男老闆這樣態度她都欣然後接受和體諒。相比起老闆態度，如果家人不高興就會肯定更難頂了。再強調，食物質素是不錯的。只要你不介意有可能要受下男老闆嘅態度。不過呢度仲有個好處，係真係好少人，星期日，對面家後排曬隊，呢間就有比較安靜嘅環境。一入嚟就俾人黑面已經冇心情影相，攞返第一次食物嘅相畀大家參考下。掙扎咗好耐出唔出呢張食評，因為我可能會招致此店支持者/慣性攻擊人嘅人攻擊。但我希望有人可以容許我表達自己用餐嘅感受。。。…查看更多

This is the first time I’m having a meal at the BluHouse. I had been to the other three restaurants/ cafes in this hotel. But BluHouse’s impresses me the most with their service.But since readers of this article may be more interested with the food quality so I’m going to talk about food first.As a first timer, I referred to the ‘most-favourited food sections on Open Rice. Octopus salad, Pizza with Tuna, Burrata, and Tiramisu was all that we ordered. (Excuse that I didn’t note down the Italian name of the dishes…But I bet you can find them on the menu, you smart ones)Sour dough bread – It’s complimentary as you would expect. It has a crunchy crust, and is soft inside. It’s everything that you would expect from a fresh sour dough bread, except it’s not obviously sour. ( I guess many people don’t know how to enjoy a real sour dough so it’s a wise choice to serve less sour-sour dough bread in a HK restaurant. And also, it’s complimentary. So it is fine as long as it is fresh.)Octopus Salad – It’s delicious, both the octopus and the pitted big olive. Even my 70-year-old dad said that the octopus is easy to chew. So you can imagine.Pizza with Tuna – I love its crust, and the sizea. Pizza is always too huge to enjoy by myself or even sharing. But the Pizza here has the perfect size! It’s cut into 6 pieces of nibble size. You can enjoy so much more other food, or order a few more pizza of different flavours if you want to. (But I suppose it’s not that easy to work with tuna without black pepper..Of course there is pepper on the table to serve yourself. And I’m not complaining as there are people who dislike black pepper.)Burrata with Pesto & Cherry tomatoes I didn’t want to order this as it’s around HKD290 when (I thought) I could get the burrata with HKD60 from online shop. But I was wrong. This Burrata is huge like a goat stomach XD…Luckily we were sharing. I can never forget the best burrata dish that I had was with some condense, sweet balsamic vinegar. But perhaps it’s too expense that none of the other places in HK serve burrata like that. At BluHouse, sister chose to have this with pesto sauce. The Pesto sauce goes very well with the burrata, except it has a very small problem which was where the unexpected begins…(if you read this long) There was something as small as a sour pea pit (caper) but as sharp as an oyster shell in the pesto sauce which hurt my sister’s mouth. She was upset and in pain. (I wasn’t upset as I wasn’t the one who got hurt) But the waiters/ managers were handling her emotions well so there wasn’t a big scene in the restaurant (so that everyone else can still enjoy our meals). This incident has also shown me the extraordinary service that this restaurant can provide. We all understand that accidents can happen, and may even think that the victims are making such a big deal when we’re not the victims ourselves. But waiters/ managers here are calm and empathetic. There were quite a lot of high-end restaurants that my family and I had been to, including those with Michelin stars, or some in top-notch hotels. My sister could still find a way to criticize the food, the service, and everything else. But this time, she made no complains except that sharp object that hurt her. Tiramisu – You think it’s time for me to come back to food? Yes, for a bit. The tiramisu is HKD110! OMG. Yes it is delicious but the liquor is a bit too strong for my taste, coming from someone who had around 10+ glasses of red the other night..But I did finish it (the tiramisu) without feeling too bad. That most probably needs to thank to my iced Americano. Iced Americano – It has a decent price tag HKD48 and it has totally lived up to it. I thought it’s hard to make a good iced americano as it would be diluted as the ice melts. But the iced americano here didn’t feel diluted even after all ice melted. Love it.Last but not least, even before the incident happened, I was already quite impressed by the service standard here.The day before the booking, it was typhoon day (T8-10). But I got a call from the restaurant to confirm the booking! I wasn’t expecting that.:)Despite everyone of them look so busy and fast-moving all the time (they really look like busy bees in fast-forward pace), when I was holding a menu, starring at them, without raising my hand (I was told that raising hand is not polite so I tried. Go on and laugh at me), I could usually get their attention 3 out of 5 times. (When I failed, I just raised hand a little.)One more thing. They remembered to put a happy birthday tag on the very small Tiramisu that I ordered even though I didn’t remind them. All I did was marking in the Openrice booking that it was my dad’s birthday. This is the first time I visited this venue. The cashier took order from my friend, and when it was my turn to order , the other guy at the back of the counter asked the cashier not to take orders anymore and asked everyone to use QR code to order. However I encountered some difficulties ordering through the QR code. So I softly asked the cashier to take order from me by explaining to her. However the guy at the back of the counter said to me in a very bad manner (as if I was asking for free food) that I can only order by QR code and they will not take any orders other ways.Why do I need to suffer from that attitude ? 都唔知有幾多年冇喺茶餐廳度飲過一杯啱心水嘅奶茶。（感動！）我認為奶茶應該要有茶香；叫少奶嘅時候，少奶得嚟要入到口，已唔係少到會飲到人暈眩。呢間嘅奶茶，做到！另外，西多士雖然得一塊包（當然冇花生醬之類），好似好少，但可能因為索咗好多油，所以都食滯咗。。。不過，係脆嘅，亦冇油益味。…查看更多

早前終於試到佢哋嘅芋泥肉鬆。芋泥唔甜，懷疑佢哋冇乜落糖（咁咪健康囉）除此之外，真係幾正。今日再嚟試埋佢哋嘅芫茜蛋，加五蚊有熱奶茶好抵。不過有啲投訴：外賣膠袋原來穿窿的，入油麻地站已經跌咗支攪棍, 跟住全程雙手捧住好驚啲嘢食/飲品跌落地。奶茶我叫咗少奶。打開個蓋發現冇咗五份一左右，心諗可能佢本身啲奶真係有五分一咁多所以少咗好合理吖。點知一飲喺平時嗰啲仲更加多奶。所以本人覺得都幾難飲。。。好彩個芫茜蛋啲芫茜真係好新鮮，冇失望~加油呀…查看更多

無啦啦想食清湯腩，就上外賣平台搵下有邊間可以揀。再望一望openrice嘅評語就決定揀呢間。嚟到冇失望。賣相排得幾靚，味道都冇欺場。首先湯同埋麵係有分開上嘅。雖然伊麵要加六蚊我都係叫咗崩沙腩伊麵。因為細細個食9記大家都會叫腩伊麵，雖然伊麵嘅中伏率而家好高，因為好容易有油益味，但係呢間冇事。崩沙腩夠淋，而且冇呃我，唔會話一半係崩沙腩一半唔係。食瘦又太鞋、食肥又怕死、係食肉永恆嘅掙扎...崩沙腩就可以一次過滿足曬兩個願望~中間仲有啲輕輕爽口嘅（筋膜？）i like it另外店家有附一啲好似xo醬咁嘅醬，本人好少食辣，但係落少少真係好鬼香。本人又貪心加咗幾蚊食雲吞，連啲雲吞都唔欺場喎。湯頭唔係清湯腩嘅牛骨湯，感覺上似係清湯腩嘅牛骨湯溝咗兩成雲吞嗰種蝦籽湯。唔通係因為我叫崩沙腩加兩粒雲吞，所以佢連湯佢都同我blend 埋…查看更多

趁放假一天，嚟試下慢活。（實情係喺隔離街食完嘢冇咖啡飲周身唔聚財所以嚟咗呢度搵咖啡飲）一望個餐牌嚇一跳（頭先間食店收唔到4G所以冇做功課就入咗嚟）最平嗰杯應該要80蚊。坐低咗冇理由走㗎。好啦試下你值唔值80蚊先。（一落單嗰店員就叫我畀現金先，呢種感覺好耐冇試過,就似喺當年大陸嗰啲小型食店。。係驚我冇錢畀定係驚我飲完唔滿意會唔肯畀錢呢）杯咖啡越飲越搞笑，唔係投訴，唔係難飲㗎,只係唔係平時覺得嘅咖啡味。於是我話畀咖啡師聽我嘅感覺，佢忍住冇話我唔識嘢，同我講解咖啡嘅唔同提取方法、咖啡豆係會點樣被影響風味等等。如果鐘意同人傾coffee嘅人，嚟呢度坐吓應該會幾開心。今日學到好多嘢，全靠個咖啡師。(之前去過一間coffee shop,店員對咖啡介紹唔出來，咖啡師同顧客又零交流,可能因為滿座比較忙,所以唔會想再去飲咖啡。) 個人覺得$80+杯咖啡真係要導賞, 對於唔識嘢嘅我就覺得比較值得。…查看更多

趁放假就去呢間想去好耐但又唔係好就腳嘅舖頭（對我嚟講）.叫咗一碟雙拼煎餃（雙拼要加兩蚊）芫茜豬肉拼雲耳椰菜豬肉$44。加一件開心果芝士蛋糕$33。雖然餃子一碟八件唔算多，但食到最尾嗰兩啖芝士蛋糕已經好飽。。。餃子皮好薄近似大阪王將嗰種，餡料正常，濃淡適中，新鮮，不過冇好驚喜-唔太感覺到雲耳味道-雖然本人都算係芫茜控，但佢嘅芫茜又唔算好出色，不過放咗好多，所以芫茜控都不妨一試。-反而個辣菜脯同埋醋唔錯。食食下加落餃子度就可以有變化。餃子同芝士蛋糕都算和諧（有啲地方有芝士餃子添不過我唔鍾意有啲店放羊芝士）。蛋糕要夾一杯好嘅咖啡。我冇試佢個咖啡，因為。。（你哋自己嚟決定啦）唯有食完行去大南西街度飲返杯~…查看更多

自從幾年前（嗰次呢）開始就好少再去朗豪坊呢個商場。今次因為要有啲事辦，所以順便都搵下有咩好食。喺開飯app上面搵到呢一間食台灣嘢嘅店舖，平時我嘅路線都唔容易食到台灣嘢，所以異常興奮。然後我居然冇失望。最期待嘅嘢係我去台灣一定要食嘅蛋餅. 呢樣嘢唔容易整得唔好食，甚至乎我呢啲地獄廚神買現成嘅都可以整到。但就係喺香港可以食到台灣嘢，當冇得去台灣嘅時候特別感動另外呢間嘢有個鹵味喺名道，所以細胃嘅我都夾硬叫兩樣鹵味嚟食下。包括鴨血（我唔肯定自己有冇食過鴨血但同店員確定它會同豬紅相似之後我就安心點餐）同埋店員介紹嘅水蓮（水蓮個樣有啲似好幼嘅韭菜但係食落去好易入口並冇任何韭菜嗰種辛辣嘅味道）熱飲叫咗蘋果雪梨茶。店員有細心問我要唔要半糖微糖之類。但係我以為熱飲正常甜味我ok.但嚟到之後我非常後悔因為甜到有啲痛苦。。而家因為衛生嘅關係加咗好多圍板。雖然大家都坐得好近，但心理上都覺得安全嘅。但係就有少少阻礙咗店舖嘅有趣裝潢。只能夠希望疫情快快過去啦~…查看更多

I ordered an ice cream （抹茶焙茶白玉軟雪糕）to enjoy in the afternoon. The ice cream feels premium with its fat content. Taste is as nice as I would have expected. I was very lucky to have my cousin treating me a very nice afternoon tea at the Mandarin hotel. I have been told that the scone in this place is magnificent so I was looking forward to it. Overall I liked the food very much and the service is excellent but we were a bit unlucky that there was a very noisy family sitting next to us on that day.
