Perfect place during the weekend. a new gem in Stanley!! We loved their sea-bass, fries & scallops! Fresh, cooked perfectly and the vibe was spot on too. When we arrived, the staffs were very welcoming and lovely, showing us the lunch menu to see if it’s something we’re looking for. We ordered one of their signature dish - seabass which also came with some veggie as sides as well as mash potatoes! They have a range of selections for starters as well so we have ordered a scallops for sharing as well as a fries which was unexpectedly tasty! Every thing was made hot and the portion was big too! Came to this new vegan 🌱 restaurant for lunch today with a friend today, definitely deserve its own post as their vegetable curry udon was super delicious! The restaurant is very bright and spacious! Loving the clean vibe with good music playlist as well. The bowl was filled with carrots, sprouts, corns, tempeh. It warmed us up during the cold rainy day.vegetable was so colorful & refreshing! With combo the soup & drink under 34 HKD is included! the mushroom soup also surprised me it was so rich and creamy! sesame latte on the other hand was made with oat milk which tasted yummy and creamy too! We also ordered the walnuts banana cake & chocolate & matcha bagels from little fields (a popular hk online bagel shop) as well. Finally Sunday brunch - decided to treat myself a nice meal with good accompany 💗 we had their :- abalone risotto 🥘- tyg prawn 🦐 pasta 🍝 - spicy fries 🍟 - salted egg wingsThey all tasted above strange and loving the decorations and services here, will definitely return for other dishes. Fries was made hot and crispy ! pasta was done nicely withbig prawns, duck breast, tomatoes! Saw this shop while shopping around this area, as we were feeling hungry. Decided to grab some takeaway for dinner tonight. The queue is long for this place, the price is very cheap too with a variety of options available. Still hot and delicious after an hour. We ordered the fried eel with scrambled egg & tomato omelette w/ grilled chicken & corn. For snack, I added the popular fried fish too! filled with tomato sauce 🥫 & egg . the chicken as mentioned was filled & corn was large in portion as well. Juicy chicken with sweet teriyaki sauce.tempura eel is something new on the menu and scrambled egg was nicely done as well. Discovered a new restaurant in a hidden alley, offers good food and quiet environment, great for small groups and couples! Their service was attentive and friendly from the start to the end. The above was all the items we have ordered. We started off with their skewers and some hot items like lobster with cheese and chicken livers, scallops and onions with beef . Their chicken wings were outstanding and overall items were superb!!!! for hot main dish we had their kimchi pot with pork slices, filled with good veggies and pork! luckily, the restaurant also offered us free dessert to end the meal with as we were craving for something sweet! Discovered a new place for happy hour 🍻 & Shisha! Not only their drinks are creative - based on horoscope signs but their food = full of options & tasted superb as well, we had their avocado salad 🥗 , fries 🍟& shrimp paper rolls ! A nice environment with good vibes & services! Will be back for sure. New restaurant alert 🚨! TKO is no longer a food desert 🏜now that more restaurants have opened up its door, we’ve discovered one ☝🏼 with our favorite fried chicken! Not only they offer chicken, they have pizza, pasta 🍝 and salad as well. Full of delicious options!! We picked their set A meal this time which included soup, salad, fries 🍟 honey chicken 🍗 & salmon pasta! Came to this new Thai restaurant for dinner and had their dinner set for two! It was a bargain as the set came with a lot of choices and also large in portion! Salad arrived really quickly and filled with a lot of cucumbers and fresh tomatoes. Skewers then came after, it was huge in portion and has been glazed with honey. Alongside also provided a peanut butter sauce of dipping into for more kinds of flavor. We love their skewers and soup as it filled up with a lot of seafood like a huge squid 🦑 showing on the top lol 😆 a very satisfying meal. The staffs here were also nice and attentive. in addition the roti we ordered also came with a dipping sauce which is quite considering given the fact we don’t have to order an additional curry sauce. I think this liver was grilled nicely, really like the texture of it - very yummy! a plate of veggie also arrived filled with a lot of carrots cabbage and mushroom. A nice addition for a healthier option. the main carbs was the pad Thai which wasn’t bad at all! filled with prawns and tofu inside it with a hint of sweetness and spice, the taste was strong and portion can fill four actually. last main dish was the fish (we added additional money for this) and it was definitely worth it! It’s my second time here, I recalled last time I had the best fries with cheese ever and also a good cup a cappuccino. I’ve decided to come back and try their set menu. not as crowed as last time as we came here early for dinner, the environment is spacious and the sofas are nice. Service was attentive and the staffs were friendly too. the first starter was foie gras with crispy thin biscuit and salad! This was very delicious! melon with parma ham then arrived, melon was fresh and sweet. soup was yummy with strong taste of lobster too. for mains, we had their beef Wellington- wrapped with bacon, truffle paste and crispy layer of flakes. lobster pasta was superb! My favorite go to Taiwanese - western cafe, offering great selections & coffees ! High recommend their pasta, delicious as always- picked grilled chicken pasta in pesto sauce this time & tried their sunny egg w/ minced patty burger. A hint of spice but was surprisingly good. burger was cookies instantly after the order was placed, served hot with sunny egg on top of meat patty and minced meat sauce. buffalo wings were more spicy but definitely filling and worth a try, loving the blue cheese on the side as well. pesto pasta with grilled chicken portion was perfect with some cheese on top. Very nice in flavor! I do think they have the best coffee in town haha I love this cup of cappuccino with cinnamon powder on top! Comfort food in the summer? 😆 our go to Korean fried chicken place just opened near us @ Kwun Tong! Not only it’s authentic but their staffs were super friendly too. We ordered two dishes this time and all tasted good, especially the fried chicken, served hot . A combination of sweet sauce & spicy chicken making it very addictive and we finished all. Came here for lunch, this restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. We arrived at around 12:30 before lunch rush hours, there were still some seats but 30 mins later it was filled with people. Their services were attentive, food was outstanding- we had their scallops black ink risotto & salmon carbonara 🍝! as there are lots of options in the menu, we picked the dishes they recommended. .Set also came with both soup and drink! Loving it & cannot wait to be back for more food on the menu. Today was lobster soup, it was tasty and quite high quality. the scallops risotto then arrived with nicely seared scallops, risotto texture was superb and the taste was outstanding. salmon pasta on the other hand was filled with good portion of salmon, cream was rich and goes really well with the pasta itself. One of my favorite chachantang in town, can still remember their industrial location with shorted staffs when they first started operating at Kowloon bay & HH. Now they have finally expanded to a prime location - Mongkok with attentive services and still amazing food! Loving the scrambled charsiu pork rice 🍚 it’s unbeatable!!! Super delicious. Passed by this new take away shop that sells Taiwanese food which we both miss, hence we went in to give it a try on their signature dishes and dinner box : fried mushroom with minced meat and chicken drum sticks with minced meat. Both came in huge portions which we cannot finish at all - definitely a bargain and it was delicious too. Side dishes we would recommend the fried chicken bones - super tasty! A very well known traditional Indian restaurant in the heart of Sheung wan, a min away from the mtr. I must say their two people set menu was a big bargain! The dinner set includes most of the signature dishes - my favorite was the eggplant dish (surprisingly!) it was superb delicious…curry chicken was good too, prefer more coconut milk taste though.
