銅鑼灣拍拖聖地,夜晚梗係撐檯腳。呢間有個5-Course Dinner Set ($600/ppl),都幾抵食,有budget仲可以叫下酒飲。前菜前仲有新鮮熱辣蒜蓉包,超香超脆的。~ Starter ~Homemade Three Ways Salmon (Salmon Mousse, Salmon Flame, Smoked Salmon)自家製三文魚三食,三文魚慕絲,火焰三文魚,煙三文魚好精緻,仲要3種唔同食法,三文魚慕絲都幾得意,食落好似醬咁。Pan-Seared French Goose Liver & Apple Puree with Port Wine Sauce香煎法國鵝肝伴蘋果蓉配砵酒汁鵝肝超香,仲要唔洗加錢都可以食到咁大塊鵝肝。要配少少蘋果蓉一齊食,香口中帶一點甜。French Onion soup法式洋蔥湯呢個湯不得了,整碗滿滿的洋蔥,超級重料。~ Homemade Sorbet ~自製雪葩食完前菜,就食返個雪葩去清一清個口。~ Main Dish ~Baked Australian Wellington Lamb Loin with Lamb Juz焗澳洲威靈頓羊柳伴羊汁羊柳好入味好嫩滑,羊臊味唔算重。中意個汁,係有少少紅椒味,食起黎可以中和一下個肉味。Charcoal Grilled Australian Wagyu Rib Eye (M7) with Red Wine Sauce炭燒澳洲和牛肉眼扒(M 7)配紅酒汁(Add $6o)肉眼叫左7成熟,牛肉好香,唔係好重脂肪果隻。同埋都好大塊,配返芥末醬食就更好啦。有2款甜品可以揀,咁我地就更揀左一樣。Bread & Butter Pudding with Vanilla Ice-Cream麵包布甸配雲尼拿雪糕麵包布甸個邊係好脆的,少少暖暖地,溝埋雪糕食就岩岩好啦。Mixed Berries Tart with Vanilla Chestnut Mousse雜莓撻配雲呢拿栗子慕絲個撻係偏蛋糕質地,酸酸甜甜的,食埋甜品就非常滿足啦。最後飲返個洋甘菊茶,可以去膩又可以安神。…查看更多
