I was a regular customer, 2 to 3 times a week. Well, for some reasons, everything has become worse and worse, especially the service, I went there last week with my friends and family, I was approached by an old lady in Black suit whose attitude and product knowledge was quite poor. And she didn't even say sorry when 2 of my dishes didn't arrive due to the fact that she forgot to ring in the order onto the computer or the kitchen staff misplaced the slip. Anyway, I will never go back there again. I think I have seen this old lady before in the HK branch.
