The staff looked unfriendly and it made us feel unwelcomed. The coffee was too bitter I couldn’t finish it. 唔明白點解有咁多人讚佢。侍應態度勁差，魚生又腥又唔新鮮。我哋想叫嘢食叫個侍應埋嚟嘅時候佢好大聲咁話等一陣啦，其實等都唔係個問題但係態度唔使咁差，冇咩事都唔想同佢講嘢。我叫魚生飯佢落錯單寫咗我叫壽司，落錯單唔單止冇道歉，仲要問我介唔介意食咗佢。雖然魚生飯同埋壽司差別唔係話咁大，但係叫得魚生飯就係想食魚生飯！佢仲好意思問。啲魚生到咗個飯又唔拎過嚟，問佢係唔係跟個飯嘅佢只係答係同埋跟過燉蛋。其實我咁問得即係叫佢即刻攞過嚟啦，咁都唔醒水，等咗比較長嘅時間先拎個飯出嚟。如果係咁點解個飯同埋個魚生唔一次過先拎出嚟呢？係咪呢啲嘢都要講到咁明咁白先識做？收碟嘅時候無啦啦喺背面突然間好快咁拎走咗個碟，唔明點解拎走個碟要咁鬼鬼鼠鼠。四百幾蚊叫咗兩個飯同一支飲品，一啲都唔值得。…查看更多

They returned me an egg tart that they had missed out last time, so that was fair. Egg tarts are nice as usual. I used to love their almond danish which has deteriorated hugely. It used to have more crispy parts to it as it was shaped like curved comb so that you could get more crispy bits. It has shrunken a lot as well compard to just a year ago. I ordered 2 egg tarts, 2 cruffins and a brioche for takeway today. They packed it nicely and repeated my orders correctly. But they gave me one fewer egg tart which was charged for. And it was hard to check every time especially when they bagged everything nicely. Guess it’ll be better to check your orders.…查看更多

We had pastas and pizzas and most of the food was good. But don’t expect any quality in the service. Even the manager said ‘he was busy’ in a dismissive manner when we asked him to help us take a photo. I understand that he was busy. He could have said it in a better way. Plus we had to pay $20 per head for cake cutting fee and there were 8 of us ($160 cake cutting fee out of minimal cost from their side). How much money does a better attitude cost?…查看更多

Portion is definitely not American size. Shape of fries is the same as Hong Kong Cha chan teng fries. Ribs which was supposed to be their signature dish was only slightly warm. Sea bass was ok. Apple pie a la mode was really bad. It tasted sooo bad. The apples were powdery, the crust was savoury. Only the ice cream tasted nice as it was Haagen daz. Service was poor. Didn’t realise there would be absolutely no air con at this restaurant!!! Although the service was good and atmosphere was nice. The food was okay. The lobster and crab cake is recommended. Char grilled ahi tuna was done medium and it was surprisingly nice. Fish and chips was soso. Some of the chips were too chunky and soggy. But don’t go there in summer time! …查看更多

To be fair, the food and service wasn’t bad. But we saw 2 cockroaches walking around the restaurant during our 1.5 hour dinner. It’s understandable that there would be cockroaches at a restaurant. But that was too much. My friends said there was a dead cockroach in their food when they last visited 2 years ago. Maybe the restaurant owners don’t really see the problem in cockroach infestation. There was only a customer before us and yet they packed my crossiant and danish into the other customer's bag and let her take it away. And when told to pack the one that I had supposedly bought, they packed the wrong stuff into the bags. I was tempted to ask for a refund as I only wanted the ones that I picked previously. Super disappointing and it wasn't even cheap. Not coming back despite that I think their Tuna Bagguette is amazing.…查看更多
