I would like to express that attitude takes you long way.Food wise, few dishes like the fish taco , corn and salad tasted decent. Overall decent food, but nothing amazing. The head chef had racially discriminated us saying that ' Indians' dont read the menu and cancel dishes. And he rolled his eyes if we said that we were expecting something different for the quesadillas. We were a group of 8 of us, I speak for all of us. He expressed that his restaurant was the only mexican restaurant in HK, boasting that all the other mexican restaurants in HK are basically nonexistent. He kept justifying on a point, while we kept quietly waiting for an alternative. It disgusts me to receive such terrible customer service where i spend 5 minutes of my precious life to write this review to make sure no one comes here. A disrespectful man like him, who is oblivious to his actions needs to learn a valuable lesson. He was swimming in his ego and passion of Mexican food that he forgot that the very first rule of hospitality. He claimed that we have never eaten Mexican food in my life. I have never seen anyone argue so much when we didnt say anything besides looking for an alternative. His intention was to put us down as customers and just win an arguement which wasn't even an argument. Having passion is great, but having ego with it, will destroy you. And BTW, your mexican food needs work. I would suggest go to finishing school so you can learn a thing or two about customer service. And read your reviews, 80% of them stress about your bad service.
