今個 weekend 約咗班大學師兄弟出嚟聚舊,揀咗喺觀塘嘅 Mini Friday 食晚餐,成班麻甩佬梗係要搵個地方坐得舒舒服服,可以大聲講大聲笑㗎嘛!🍻黑松露雜菌湯打頭陣個湯熱辣辣,黑松露味勁香濃!🍄 飲落去好 creamy,唔會太稀或者太杰,入面仲有啲雜菌粒增加口感,作為開胃湯合格有餘,暖咗個胃先!😋小食拼盤 一大盤上枱,有齊薯條、雞翼、洋蔥圈、炸芝士條等等,份量十足!樣樣都炸得幾香脆🔥,不過味道就正常發揮啦,冇乜太大驚喜,但勝在種類夠多,啱晒我哋呢啲選擇困難症嘅人 share,一人一件好快清晒!🍻卡邦尼意粉意粉嚟啦!🍝 呢個卡邦尼醬汁都幾 creamy,芝士同煙肉味都算濃郁,意粉煮得啱啱好,唔會太腍,有少少 al dente 口感👌。不過食得多可能有少少 heavy 同漏,最好就係大家開心 share 啦!黃金廣島蠔烏卒卒意大利飯 呢個飯個名夠晒盞鬼!個墨汁飯底煮得好入味,唔會有腥味,飯粒濕潤得嚟又唔會太爛,仲有少少咬口👍。重點係嗰幾隻廣島蠔,大大隻脹卜卜,炸到外層金黃香脆,內裡仲保持到蠔嘅鮮甜同濕潤🦪,配埋個飯一齊食,口感味道都好豐富,呢個有驚喜喎!✨檸檬牛油忌廉汁比目魚食完啲濃味嘢,轉食返個魚平衡下。塊比目魚煎得幾靚,外皮有少少焦香,魚肉保持到嫩滑細緻🐟。個檸檬牛油忌廉汁做得唔錯,檸檬嘅微酸正好中和咗忌廉嘅膩,酸酸甜甜幾開胃,同魚肉好夾!😋芝味粉炸全雞 嘩!全晚焦點嚟啦!🤩 成隻炸雞上枱,視覺效果滿分!📸 炸雞外皮超級香脆,一切開啲肉汁流晒出嚟,雞肉嫩滑到不得了!🍗 面頭灑滿芝士粉,鹹鹹香香,令味道更加惹味🧀。成班兄弟一人一件,扯住嚟食,勁有風味!呢個必點!💯心太軟配雪糕 食到最後,梗係要用甜品畫上完美句號啦!個心太軟一切開,暖笠笠嘅朱古力漿即刻湧出嚟🍫,朱古力味夠濃,唔會太甜。配埋旁邊凍冰冰嘅雲呢拿雪糕,一啖熱一啖凍,口感雙重享受,為呢餐飯完美收尾!🍦❤️今次喺 Mini Friday 同師兄弟聚餐真係食得好滿足、傾得好盡興!🥳雖然有啲菜式不過不失,但以觀塘區嚟講,性價比算唔錯。成班 Friend 嚟 gathering 絕對係個好選擇!🙌…Read More
