Heard about this place both from friends and on openrice and must say it didn't disappoint. The oysters definitely impressed me; they are all beautifully shucked, with the adductor muscle cleanly cut from the shells, hence very easy and convenient to consume, all I needed to do it to slurp them down and enjoy the sweet after taste. Literally the best oysters I've ever had. I ordered 5 pcs of gillardeau and 5 pieces of carlingford, and both are unique in personality. The other dishes I enjoyed with much delish as well - the snack platter with its chorizo, olives and different variants of cheese was a pleasant surprise, on top of the foie gras which was quite impressive.
