I have been visited Cielo restaurant for many times from the 1st day of opening bcoz the location is near our home.However, the Customer Service is getting WORSE rapidly. We never expect their staffs can recognize loyal customers as their turnover rate is super high, but the Customer Service is Dropped to "Dai Pai Don" standard right now. As usual, there was no receptionist to welcome customer in reception section even you spent 10 mins for waiting. Customers have to walk into restaurant to say hi to them first~ and the receptionist will get back to you with arrogant attitude (hahaha... so ridiculous, right?).Because of weather was nice on that day, I requested to took a outdoor seat for enjoying our afternoon tea and holiday. A staff replied okay but afternoon tea will be served with plates instead of "tower". We accepted. After around 10 minutes, there was no any staff to serve us and we went to indoor for ordering food. Before we order the food, we have to be told that "Because you are sitting outdoor, we do not expect to server outdoor section customer, outdoor is bar section" by an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Is it a appropriate manner and attitude to the customer? Besides, please do not LIE to your customer, as said, we are regular customer from 1st day of opening, it is not the 1st time for having meal in outdoor, and also bar section had been ignored due to the low rate of usage for a long long time. Furthermore, please close the outdoor section if it is not supposed to open and serve customer. Customer come to have a meal in a hotel's restaurant is not only pay for food, and also the service and environment. If an assistant manager are not experienced and well trained, we cannot imagine how she "manage", "train" and "educate" her staffs as well. …查看更多
