Not sure why the reviews have been that good. Food was only ok, very average while the price tag didn’t match the quality at all. The menu was way overpriced considering the quality and portion of the food.The coffee was good tho but it was NespressoAm I missing something?…查看更多

I went for a afternoon tea and ordered the beef with avocado smash and a coffee. I had a bite of the burger and immediately I had to spit it out. The beef patty was bad . It stank and had a sour taste. It was disgusting! I told the waiter and was offered for another beef burger. I declined and asked to change for a cake instead .I was furious that the restaurant just took the incident as business as usual / normal . So before I left I asked for the manager. The manger explained the beef patty was prepared in batch so the kitchen staff wouldn’t have known if the beef has turned bad. I was even more furious about hearing that . Instead of acknowledging and accepting the responsibility that the restaurant served guest a foul plate of food , they tried to bluff it off. I said to the manager “ it is the restaurant’s business to manage the food preparation logistics, but it’s clear that this restaurant served foul product i.e food to the guest, I had a bite and it was absolutely disgusting.” Honestly for a beef patty to turn that bad even after it’s cooked, it would definitely have turned brownish and stank so bad before it’s cooked . Yet the kitchen staff served it and let the guest to consume a foul plate of food. How irresponsible ! Seriously the street vendor might be more hygienic than this place! …查看更多
