出街食飯預咗貴,不過真係無諗過貴到離晒譜囉!!同友人一行四人突登架車去西環食飯。本來諗住喺小甜谷附近搵食,點知無咩食肆揀又full晒,大肚lum dump的我費事等,結果亂打亂撞行咗去厚和街呢間"張仔美食館"。最初都唔知咩來頭只見有位唔使等就入去,咁啱門口見到小儀張相就估到係之前上過電視既其中一間食肆。入到去有個比較後生既男人介紹我地招牌菜"籠仔荷葉糯米蒸花蟹",我地咩都問就叫好,個男人只係同我地講要等4-5個治。跟住我地叫咗花甲王,橙香斑塊拼咕嚕肉,瑤柱蝦乾節瓜粉絲煲,同埋佢推介既蒜香雞。第一道菜嚟咗個豉椒花甲王。見到好surprise,真係好大隻!雖然我無份食,見到咁肥美都知道正。三位人兄勁快清碟。餐牌係無價錢既,大家完全無問過價錢。第二道菜嚟咗個橙香斑塊拼咕嚕肉。味道Ok,但唔覺橙香,咪又係普通咕嚕肉既酸甜汁。咕嚕肉都算脆。第三道菜係瑤柱蝦乾節瓜粉絲煲。味道Ok,無咩特別。跟住嚟咗隻風沙雞,起初見到隻雞乾睜睜咁,不過入口好滑,Ok。到大家最"期待"既蟹。一嚟到。。。隻蟹勁細隻,有兩隻去cover佢勁大個既蒸籠。個蟹蓋size只係手板咁細隻。我地自己講緊做咩唔用一隻大d既蟹呀。。。大家都算就食啦!朋友都話d肉唔滑,老,無蟹味。自問算海鮮怪既我地,已經估到係隻蟹唔太新鮮(即係。。。又比人呃啦)。跟住呀哥哥仔行咗嚟問下我地d食物點,我地話隻蟹唔得,同埋細隻。。。你真係估佢唔到,佢竟然話唔關d蟹事,佢話有客都講過,佢問過蟹供應商,話近排d水唔係好得影響咗d蟹。我地無人答佢,心諗佢真係當我地唔識咁。佢跟住指住隻勁大既蟹,話今次我地第一次嚟食所以無推介我地。到埋單喇,大家覺得呢餐飯應該幾多錢埋單呢??真係估佢唔到。我地一直無問海鮮價錢,但見佢up up dup dup,都唔會收得太貴啦~估花甲王頂盡百零二百,蟹咪三百到。。。點知張單一到,我地一睇O晒咀,過千蚊!!再睇睇。。。嗰兩隻"細"蟹竟然收咗$598,係,無睇錯$598!!跟住到個花甲王,$298!!簡直離晒譜,明搶!!!!!!花甲王我地都算啦,大隻好味。嗰兩隻蟹真係不知所謂,佢仲真係夠擔收我地呢個價!!佢嗰兩隻又唔係咩富貴蟹,食大閘蟹都唔使咁貴啦!!!海鮮價唔緊要,但真係唔好咁離譜囉!!上過電視大晒咩~~~!!我地固之然唔會再去幫襯。請呢間食館有良心做生意啦!!!!!!…Read More
