I dropped by 鮨正 based on a recommendation by a friend. I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the food and the amount of patience the chef put into it. I highly recommend it and would say that don't let the price tag fool you! The omakase quality is easily the same as those that are 1200-1500 HKD in Central. One thing to note though, I'm a really picky eater and some fish I couldn't have, but the chef didn't have any other options so he said I'd have to double up, to which I was more than fine with. …查看更多

Was very happy to find out that my favorite Shabu Shabu place reopened. Went there on a Wed with four other people and we all ordered the wagyu beef set. Soup base: I ordered the sukiyaki soup base while my friends ordered the fish and the standard shabushabu soup. All of the ones we tried were fantastic. Fish was very fresh without fishy taste. Sukiyaki was perfect in terms of not being oversalty. The standard shabushabu one was very good too. We swapped beef dipped in all of them.Beef: The beef here is hands down the best in terms of price and quality. Just enough fat and beef to make a very tasty shabu shabu. I read other reviews that said they didn't like the beef or felt it wasn't worth it but personally I felt the thickness and texture was great. Others: I also ordered some yakitori chicken wings, and various other skewers. I found all of them to be cooked quite well and complemented the rest of the meal well too. After the veggies, meat and udon... Made a booking at Seasons for a party of 8. First impressions is decor of the restaurant was really nice. The chef was very knowledgable about his products however the staff could definitely use more training. There were multiple mistakes but given the restaurant has only been open a few months I'm sure that it will improve in future. Overall the food was very good and the dishes that left a mark was the Langoustine risotto and the ginger mayonaise crab salad dish. Will be back…查看更多
