這間小餐館之前想去好耐,聖誕節終於揾到機會去試😆今次試咗8 course chef tasting ($680),全部菜式都好有驚喜,調味偏重口味但又不會過濃,好合我口味且絕對夠飽!🤣Pani Puri印度傳統小食,脆卜卜的外皮包着餡,再倒特調的薄荷青醬,很清新開胃的前菜。Tuna crudo吞拿魚片很嫩滑,配上香甜芒果醬酸甜清新,不過略嫌芒果醬有一點過酸~Potato Chaat薯仔卷外脆內軟,中間混合咗好多香料,外型同感都似春卷。點Chives Yorgurt味道有層次但清新必Onion Pakora洋蔥炸得酥脆香口,內裏似蔬菜軟餡,可沾上辣醬、乳酪和青醬,香濃惹味,個人就超中意乳酪醬夠酸🤣Lasooni Scallop帶子煎得焦香鮮嫩,配以蔥蒜牛油和以咖喱煮成的醬汁很搭!Stuffed Calamari小店招牌菜!魷魚筒釀着肉碎,伴以煙腩肉和蜆肉熬煮的湯汁,鮮甜鹹香~十分足料 !配上的Flatbread就略嫌太油~Lamb Chaap烤羊架很出色!熟度煎得恰好,粉嫩軟腍,羶味不會很重,伴以yogurt醬、薄荷青醬及青豆蓉,原本不喜羊肉的我也忍不住吃了幾口😍非常驚喜的主菜!Poti Beef表面煎得焦香,肉味濃又軟腍,伴以香的Pepper Puree很搭,伴碟的燒青蔥和bb甘筍也很好吃~兩款主菜也很推!Almond baklava傳統甜品千層酥,酥皮搽上糖漿香甜脆口,濃濃的杏仁和肉桂味,也很不錯~▫️ Pondi西環西營盤福壽里14號地舖…Read More
