Had lunch set during a weekday. Service was friendly but food and beverages came slow, (some consideration giving to peak lunch hour). Spinach soup (cream of spinach I presume) was too watered down and lacked something to mask the bitter taste you get from spinach. Pop up staff, if you're reading this, actually taste your soup and fix it, it's straight up nasty. You can do much better than this. I'm not even exxaggerating.Burger patty that came with the curry burger rice dish was undercooked - whole chunks of raw ground meat with white sinews attached are still visible. A burger patty can be slightly raw, but not to this level. Curry was lackluster, but rice was cooked to a nice level of bite (Al dente, whatever you'd like to call it).As peak hour calmed down and there were less tables to serve, we ordered a coffee to finish up the meal and ended up waiting 20 min to find out the order was forgotten (despite having another waiter tell us the coffee was on it's way after we chased for it 10 min in).Anyway, mistakes happen and you guys can do better. But raw food and soup that obviously had not a single bit of love or consideration put into it is not good for business. (if you tasted it you wouldn't give it to customers. Even if you had to have a soup to go with your lunch deal).The interior is nice and gave me high hopes for good food - I will still have high hopes for you guys though if you can figure the out how to improve your food.
