The food were not as great as I expected them to be. Most importantly was the hygiene issue. Spotted cockroach on the dessert bar and alerted the staff. They just acted quite natural and not feeling surprised at all. Then when we took the black sesame soup, noted something in the soup too. Alerted the staff and they didn’t feel unapologetic at all.
