Had their seafood love sake menu, we ordered two dishes, which is the sakana no nitsuke paired with a dry sake, and seared scallops in a creamy sauce paired with a more flavourful fruity (still dry) sake. Food is cooked just right, flavouring not too heavy, especially enjoyed the daikon that is sweet with a melt-in-mouth texture. While the scallops in its creamy sauce cooked with crabmeat and onions that is a perfect balance of umami and sweet brings back fond childhood memories. I personally prefer the pairing with the sakana than the scallops though, the sake with the scallops is so good on its own that when paired with the creamy scallops, it brings up a bit of acidity.…查看更多
