Ordered dinner take out, 3 dishes, 2 soup and 1 rice. Initially told me to the order will take about 20-25 minutes to complete. Asked me to pay upfront and I did.Noted on the wait so went to Taste supermarket and bought groceries. After about 30 minutes, went back to the restaurant, expecting the take out to be ready since I’ve waited for more than the time they expected.Arrived at the restaurant, the staff saw me at the door and thought I was a new customer. I told them I had ordered take out food already and he walked away. 5 more minutes later, a female staff walked to me and asked me to recall the items I ordered again for her. At this time I realized they probably haven’t processed my order at all, and it’s been 35 minutes since I placed my order. I told her what I ordered and hoping she would bring out my food. Instead she wrote down what I ordered again, and went back to the kitchen. At this point I was certain they didn’t process my order at all. I’ve already paid so I waited, for another 30 minutes. So it took me over 1 hour to receive my take out. I was exhausted and frustrated in the end and lost my appetite. They should have been honest with me, told me they can’t fulfill my order on time. I could have gone elsewhere in the first place and get this simple task done efficiently. I used to like this place a lot, but now disappointment is the only word I have of this place.
