起初侍應話可以買嘢飲take away，之後趁你買完飲完之後就話有狗仔會犯法，趕你走。啲嘢又貴又多冰落單又唔問要熱定凍夾硬收貴啲逼你買凍嘢。不良生意經營手法等天收🙏🏼The staff here initially say it’s ok to order take away and sit outside. Then once you are finished with your drink, they come and ask you to leave because pets at their outdoor space is “illegal”. They don’t ask if you want your coffee hot or cold when you order and default to the more expensive cold option. Also the drinks are overpriced and full of ice. To be fair, the food in general was high quality and the service was good. Nice seating is available outside too, it seems like a fantastic place for drinks. Don’t expect fusion or “very authentic” cuisine. The menu started off being very uninspiring for me as every dish looked like the same typical stuff you find in any local restaurant. But to my surprise the string beans were fresh and crunchy; kungpao shrimp was decent, the most expensive $1118? Maotai grilled chicken was interesting (albeit an overly strong alcoholic taste), spicy (water cook) beef was tender, and finally the dan dan noodles were a highlight: delicious and nutty, mixed at your table! We celebrated a birthday here and the tuxedo staff all sang together, plus they comped us a pepper chocolate ice cream. That was a cute surprise. And a very Black Sheep touch. The only complaint we had was the stupid squeaking door to the outside, sliding in and out making this horrible noise! It looks like people are expecting a feast or meat festival here not knowing that the whole idea behind this is mindful eating and it’s centered around a plant based/ pescatarian diet. The quality of food is exceptional, pricing is very reasonable especially compared to Arcane, you’re getting a lot of value. The portions are NOT small, in fact it’s just right if you order a bunch of dishes to share. We loved the beets, stracciatella, toothfish, croustillant. Spanakopita was average because no feta inside the filo. Melon (gazpacho) soup was a bit sweet nonetheless interesting. Pavlova was exceptional, coconut panna cotta was very nice, and flambé figs was awesome. Overall excellent experience. Unfortunately the seating environment is a bit lacking (atmospherically) as you’re seated out in the shopping mall but not really a big deal tbh as it’s comfortable and not loud. Newly opened sister restaurant of Chef Bombana, both classic and modern hearty dishes are served. The veal schnitzel valdostana is a unique dish not served anywhere else in HK and is amazing filled with fontina and ham. The penne alla vodka was really yummy (better than Carbone’s version, imho) and chocolate cake with hints of orange inside is outstanding. Attentive service and lively atmosphere. Not as good as it looks on photos... a bit expensive compared to the places like this in the area. Food is just so so. But the owner guy is really on top of his game, running the show every day and he’s very well mannered which makes the experience more pleasant.
