Macadamia. dashi-Scallop ceviche. SYP XO. almond milk . finger lime- Prawn donut. Laksa broth. coffee oil- Charred pineapple- Daily bread. perfect for mopping up your favorite sauces (this week is milk bun) - Mum's chicken curry. crispy sticky rice preserved veg- Dry aged threadfin. charred served with a herbaceous butter- Tonkatsu. Kagoshima pork gochujang • pickles- Rendang short rib. 12hrs slow cooked, roasted coconut. thai basil- Marshmallow icecream chocolate srumble. banana mousse- Mandarin granita, smoked hokkardo milk. creamed corn. thyme I liked everything, especially the main dishes, the Dry aged threadfin was so good, so tender and went perfectly well with that butter on top, totally enhanced the flavour. Must order that short rib, that sauce was so rich, (is weird the first round of the sauce was light and bland tho, lucky that he gave us more sauce after and the second round of the sauce became super delish and rich) I had to order more bread to mop all the sauce, I even wanna ask for rice 😂The crispy sticky rice that pair with the mum’s curry chicken was super good! So chewy and taste almost like Chinese sticky rice cake! As a sauce person, I think @gav._.chin nailed all the sauces in every dishes, I wanna order rice and bread to mop all the sauces. The laksa broth of the prawn donut was bomb too! However, I think the ceviche sauce could be slightly stronger. Both desserts were very good as well, especially loved the mandarin one, so refreshing after the whole meal. My second visit, really love the vibe here !😍Food is definitely great as well, and love their friendly staffs! We suppose to have a drink there and head to somewhere for dinner that night, but the staff was too friendly and recommend us the new dishes, so we stayed for dinner at the end😂Turns out did not disappoint ! Ordered steak tartare as usual, and the hamachi crudo is new, delish! The pork chop is new as well, soooo yum, so juicy! And the rigatoni is our favourite , sooooo good! Discovered this little Italian bistro in sheung wan/central near PMQ. They have this apertivo deal for only $40 a glass of wine (red/white/Prosecco) and it comes with a cold cut platter! The portion is very generous, and everyone orders one drink gets to have whole platter for yourself, such a steal!The happy hour starts from 4pm to 8pm! We stayed there for dinner too, food was not bad either. Opted for fried burrata, meat balls, tuna tartare, Vitello Tonnato, fritto misto, Rigatoni all' Amatriciana, Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero, prawn spaghetti, seafood strew, and steak I think there were some hits and misses, the starters were all pretty good, especially loved the meat balls, vitello tonnato, and fried burrata, but the pastas were just so so, the truffle pasta taste kinda bland. The steak was quite good tho. Overall, I think we still enjoyed the meal, considering the overall quality at such affordable price, I have no complains. A very delicious and hearty oyster bar that deserve more recognition! The fish burger is top notch! The fish was super tender and thick! So satisfying, the tartare sauce was so good, they put salmon roe in it, so fancy, but not expensive at all! Only $98 this fish burger! The nori fries was very yum as well, and it also pair with this amazing sauce, lots salmon roe in it! And the fries only cost $68! Tried this newly opened resto in cwb for my another bday celebration. My fd recommended is this place as he said food was not bad and they they got lots wine choices at reasonable price. We opted Starters : - wagyu tartare and mille feuille potatoe ✨- fried chicken & caviar ✨- foie gras & duck terrine ✨- baby cuttlefish ✨- burrata caprese salad ✨Main: - steak frites ✨- baked pasta with beef Ragu✨- vongole pasta ✨Everything was delicious, I especially loved the cuttlefish and mille feuille potatoe, the handmade pasta was pretty good as well. We enjoyed most of the dishes. The wine list is very extensive at a reasonable price, we opted for champagne which is relatively cheap compare to other places, around $5xx a bottle. Came here for my bday dinner😆 as there dinner menu is really tempting, turns out it was such a satisfying meal! I enjoyed every dishes! The fish burger is definitely top notch! The best fish burger on earth 😆 the fish was so tender, the batter was perfectly fried, the brioche is incredible, so perfect ! The beef tartare was so damn good too, instead of pairing with toast, it came with beef fat hash brown! Oh gosh, so evil yet so good! I ate 3pcs and I wanted more🤤 The duck pair with spring rolls, the duck was super juicy and the spring roll was filled with duck leg meat, soooo yummy as well! I wanted to try that Spanish Mackerel Crudo but they switched menu with seabass ceviche, I think I would prefer the crudo coz it pairs with ponzu sauce, which is my favourite. The ceviche seems a bit too light for my liking. The bacon pudding was excellent as well, but I prefer their truffle pudding more. Last but not least, the apple tart with their homemade soft icecream was so good, love the icecream we had to order for extra. And their service was superb! So kind of them, they gave us some free donuts to take away for my birthday ! Finally got to try this newly opened Spanish tapas resto , recommended by some of the foodies I follow. Everything was up to standard, staffs were all very friendly and attentive, price was reasonable .. We opted for steak tartare, liver pate, croquettes, bikinis, goose paella, and their recommended daily special , mussels with tomatoe sauce and fried baby squid The paella was pretty good, but the portion was way too small… smaller than most of the paella I tried in other places.. and I don’t understand why our goose was not sliced in pieces like the other posts I saw, seems that one looks more appealing 😂 it would be better if they can make a larger size option. Newly opened taco joint in wanchai! I was tempted by their beautiful interior design, so stylish.. so I made the booking right away and tried during their soft opening, there were some hits and missies , but overall was up to standard. The cocktail menu was so extensive, we tried sage margarita and classic margarita, I liked the sage one more. For the starters, I liked the corn a lot, so yum! For the tacos, we ordered wagyu beef, pork, and fish taco. The beef was very good but I think I was a bit let down by the fish taco. Fish taco is always my favourite taco, but this one was not as good as I thought, I was hoping it’s crispy outside and tender inside, turns out the batter was a bit hard and the fish wasn’t too tender.. The service was superb tho, all the staffs are very attentive and friendly, and they treated us some shots as our food was delivered too slow, we didn’t complain but they did this kind gesture without asking ! Very nice of them. Overall, this is still a nice taco place, chill vibe, nice decor, food was not bad and great service. 終於有機會嚟到東區食飯就揀咗呢間想試咗好耐喺筲箕灣有名氣嘅蜑家菜我係第一次食蜑家菜所以對我嚟講好特別好新鮮我一路以為呢度係比較噏耷嘅小菜feel原來佢行輕微高級路線裝修企理菜式精緻價錢亦都偏貴尤其是食海鮮，會比出邊啲小菜地方更貴不過食完就會發覺佢係值得嘅因為真係好多手工菜食同埋好好食不過如果唔想俾人劏就要識揀佢哋都不停會Sell你啲貴價海鮮例如鹽焗奄仔蟹要$1480 一隻🫣我覺得鹽焗奄仔蟹，其他地方都食到同埋唔使咁貴所以就冇叫到呢個寧願叫返啲其他地方冇得食嘅類型例如鹹鮮魚好好食，大概$800仲有佢哋當日係咁sell我哋嘅黃腳鱲，好好食好滑四條都係差唔多$800都係偏貴，不過好味招牌菜手撕雞配鴨髀同埋豬膶炒蜆一定要叫食到最後剩返豬潤汁就叫佢加米粉炒埋，好正！佢哋啲乜乜腸粉都應該係出名有瀨尿蝦腸粉，薑蔥蟹腸粉或者龍蝦腸粉，不過我哋就叫咗豉椒排骨腸粉，我覺得都好好食，下次有機會可能試吓佢哋海鮮嘅腸粉啦。同埋試咗海膽炒煲仔飯冇乜海膽味，不過都幾好食佢哋啲甜品好特別試咗呢個香橙年糕配雪糕好架勢咁係你面前用啲橙酒煎香塊年糕, 好似西餐嗰啲香橙crepe 咁嘅整法好好味雪糕只係普通牛奶公司嗰啲盒嗰度出來，但都好孤寒，得一細啖😂😂如果雪糕多啲會好啲起碼要一個scoop la!😂整體上所有嘢都好好食就算係普通菜都好味食得出師傅嘅功夫不過感覺到佢哋成日都想叫你叫好貴嘅海鮮同埋啲海鮮真係mark up得貴咗d.. 不過都真係好想再encore因為好味有機會再嚟呢頭都會再食另外酒水方面可以自己帶酒只要喺佢哋個Menu嗰度求其揀一支就可以免收開瓶費如果唔係就一只收$100Rating: 9/10 Around $800pp …查看更多
