We have started to visit this restaurant since they opened. They have become more popular now. If you would really like to try, you may have to go there earlier to get a ticket first. They usually play music. When they see my son, they try to avoid any songs that are too rock or not appropriate to children. This is highly appreciated. Their food tastes good as well. We saw a table in it, so we tried to get in. A staff pushed us out, saying no table. okay. we waited patiently. they don't have a ticket system. thus we could only wait outside. we waited. finally there was a table. Someone who looked like a manager came out. we tried to step forward. A couple came. They stood in front of us. The manager let them in, while I told him that we were waiting first. He took us to a table that we had to share with another family. First, they let people jump queue. Second, they do not know how to set the tables. They could have let the couple have that table. They would not need to share with others. While we have three people, the manager would rather ask us to share tables with others, when the couple who jumped the queue got the table of four?! 一家三口第一次光顧，但肯定不會再來。點了石鍋豚肉豬骨湯讚岐烏冬，問她們可否轉做蕃茄湯，她們回覆說可以，加10元。我們說好，並且在點餐紙上寫明要轉做蕃茄湯。餐來了，沒有轉做蕃茄湯，便和職員再說一次，並且有手寫單做證明。職員立即拿走單，並加上10元，但烏冬卻不換走。等了數分鐘，只好叫另一位（穿黑衫的）職員，告訴她情況，她怱怱地拿走烏冬。我和先生的餐到了，吃著吃著，過了十五分鐘。可是烏冬仍未到，再問職員，她走往廚房，回來說，現在做給你們。又十分鐘後，烏冬終於到了，卻仍然是豬⻣湯。兒子等了一小時，所以我們無奈地不再換，唯有照要那豬骨湯。說明，之前的職員們只會怱忙改單收人錢，卻沒有認真為我們跟進，更忘記了下單，而之後，為我們漏了單而追單的職員又沒有細心看單。口味人人不同，我們點了飲品，全部不能飲完。不論吃的喝的都超級甜。超差的服務，超無奈的經歷。…查看更多
