There were two dishes with the same name but completely different dishes — one of us accidentally ordered the wrong one, because, again, both dishes were of the same name. We ate it without realizing, but when we pointed out the mistake, the server argued we had already eaten half and wouldn’t replace it.When I asked to speak with the manager, the same staff member refused, claiming he had already informed him — which was clearly untrue. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unfit for a customer-facing role.I rarely give one-star reviews (check my profile — most are five stars), but this place absolutely deserves it. The arrogance, lack of accountability, and poor attitude perfectly reflect why people say some HK establishments have bad service. They even charge a 10% service fee — for what? Terrible service.
