紅葉茶屋幾間分店我哋都幫襯過好多次,但今次真係恐怖體驗,喺佢哋IG留咗言但未有人睇或回應,暫時唔會再幫襯,亦會叫家人朋友唔好幫襯當時有至少兩個員工(一個負責水吧甜品吧、一個傳菜)唔戴口罩但不停打噴嚏同咳,兩個都近距離處理同接觸食物,但竟然有不適都唔自覺戴口罩,員工守則竟然亦冇寫明,其中一個員工仲企正我哋隔離一邊玩手機一邊咳咳咳咗一段時間,而我哋係用餐當中的。而且餐廳入面有好多好大隻嘅烏蠅飛來飛去,衛生情況欠佳。對紅葉茶屋同一般日式餐廳嘅印象係衛生水平、員工培訓都比較嚴謹,但今次真係非常失望。建議大家咪再幫襯…Read More

參觀嘉道理農場之前做咗功課,知道農場入面有一間低碳素食餐廳。一入農場就會見到大大個招牌,一眼見到唔需要周圍搵。做功課時見到有一篇好差嘅食評,所以都自備咗兩個飯糰以防萬一。食過慧食營後覺得要為餐廳平反!店員好有笑容、好有效率。是日便當主菜係紅燒豆腐,中間加咗紫菜,非常好味,配菜多色多款,有秋葵、南瓜、紅蘿蔔、紫椰菜,全部都有營健康又好食,配高纖藜麥飯,加配是日餐湯甘筍湯。飲品叫熱同凍嘅紫蘇檸檬,一樣咁好飲,紫蘇葉更加係餐廳自己種。甜點叫咗可可松露,香濃好味,一口大細啱啱好。兩款小食:薯角比較普通但都好味,清晒,鷹嘴豆泥塊超超超正,味道口感都好好,醬汁好夾。餐廳行低碳路線,所有醬汁都係自家製,新鮮無添加。慧食營雖然唔及主店慧食堂好食同多款,但絕對做到低碳、好味、健康,值得一試!…Read More

約咗朋友嚟食晚飯,佢食過尖沙咀分店不過覺得坐得唔舒服,見灣仔開咗新分店就嚟試吓。同朋友坐低咗研究餐牌冇耐,就搵咗經理點菜,留意返係經理本人。點咗5樣,佢亦都有即時覆單,係冇錯嘅。同朋友傾傾吓計發現原來已經過咗半個鐘,其他遲過我哋嚟到嘅人都已經食緊,但我哋一樣食物都未嚟。當朋友正想起身理論走人之時,經理本人笑笑口咁埋嚟問多次我哋係唔係叫咗呢樣呢樣呢樣呢樣同呢樣呀?我答係,佢就秧笑笑口咁話:哦係呀係呀,冇呀我check check啫,因為隔離枱又係叫咗一模一樣嘅嘢食哈哈哈哈哈然後佢急急腳埋去部電腦入單...............白白要我哋等咗半個鐘仲要扮晒嘢,但明明餐廳得6、7枱客,完成唔明佢哋點做嘢第一道菜終於嚟到:(圖左)炸脆球賣相、味道不過不失,同以前喺其他印度餐廳食嘅水準相若.........點知之後嘅菜色每況愈下........第二道:(圖右)samosa本人非常鐘意食samosa,samosa應該係我最愛嘅印度菜色,平嘅貴嘅samosa我都試過,咁難食嘅真係第一次。首先外皮又薄又淋冇口感,餡冇乜味仲要一pat pat咁,平時好怕點薄荷味醬汁但今次忍唔住,要點咗至擺得入口。第三、四道:paneer芝士咖哩、洋蔥餅paneer芝士我都好鐘意食,但呢個咖哩真心唔得,芝士完全冇味,唔知自己食緊咩,口感同食開嘅paneer唔一樣。洋蔥餅完全冇洋蔥、完全冇味,比平常嘅印度餅乾得多,非常難哽。第五道(已經冇心情影相):蕃茄飯餐牌上面都幾多款飯,見蕃茄飯有圖又有兩款醬汁跟,所以就叫嚟試吓,點知嚟到時就係得一碟蕃茄飯,圖文不符!啲飯仲要非常爛,唔洗咬都吞到,飯得蕃茄顏色冇蕃茄味道,每食幾啖就會食到一塊咬唔到嘅香料葉,十分之騷擾。同朋友嘅結論就係唔洗再嚟呢間,服務、食物都唔得,又唔係特別平。埋單、等𨋢走人時,經理都兩度埋嚟笑笑口R吹想令我哋冇咁嬲,都算,竟然夠膽R我哋寫好評,真係要俾個叻佢…Read More

【真係食到好㷫】食物差、零服務

已經有一段時間冇寫食評,但係呢一間慶記嘅服務質素同食物質量,令我唔可以唔寫。平時出街食飯,不論係酒店餐廳、茶餐廳,定係只係去麥當勞食個幾蚊嘅包,入門口,都會有人同你打招呼、量體溫、指示座位或者點餐機。慶記嘅服務,與別不同,令人深深感受到「㷫」。首先,入到去,完全冇人理,冇量體溫步驟,要自己搵位坐。坐咗一陣之後,都係冇人理,然後自己領悟到原來要喺櫃檯拎點餐紙自己圈食物,所以自己起身行出去櫃檯拎點餐紙。依然都係冇人理過我哋。圈左幾樣食物,同埋一杯玫瑰花蜜,問侍應攞兩杯水。侍應話:「我哋冇水供應,會比茶你哋,每人$3茶錢。你哋叫玫瑰花蜜?每人都要比$3茶錢喎,你哋仲要唔要?」我哋話要,但係佢張餐牌同點餐紙明明從來冇提過有$3茶錢呢一個收費,非常「CC叔叔」,除咗服務差,亦都覺得收費安排好奇怪。然後個侍應又再問:「有$3茶錢一定要俾,你哋都仲叫玫瑰花蜜?」我哋再答係,然後再講可唔可以轉頭俾杯茶我哋,好口渴。結果食物上菜後,都係未有茶飲。要比茶錢都唔係問題,但係又要求人哋俾錢,又唔比人哋飲,即係點。問咗四五次之後,終於有茶飲。點會唔㷫。服務差,茶錢奇怪,都唔緊要,食物都強差人意。麻醬雞絲冷麵,其實冇技巧,煮熟咗面同雞之後加麻醬,都冇乜討論價值。小籠包個皮非常之薄,薄到一掂就穿,完全唔煙韌,湯汁冇鮮味,肉餡唔新鮮,似超市街市買嗰啲冰到硬晒嘅雪藏小籠包。百花雲吞湯個湯偏咸,入邊啲豆卜更加咸到好似倒瀉鹽咁,啲百花雲吞餡料係墨魚同蝦,非常之實,一啲都唔新鮮,簡單啲講,灣仔碼頭係比佢好食大概10倍。至於得到Bloomberg認證嘅生煎胡椒包,即叫即整,味道正常,不過唔算特別突出,加上零服務同埋其他食物真係好難食,都冇心情享受。因為太難食,所以都食淨左幾多。搬咗鋪頭改埋名其實都掩蓋唔到服務差、食物差。與其擺錢宣傳裝修,不如先做好自身食物同服務質素。…Read More

金銀蒜原隻吉品鮑有成10隻咁多鮑魚全部大大隻,可蓋過湯匙,蒸到剛剛好,鮮美易咬啖啖肉,一口食晒一隻超滿足!金銀蒜好惹味,粉絲索晒豉油,全部撈埋一齊食絕對係正解!就咁食金銀蒜同粉絲就會太咸了。芝士上湯焗大花蝦冇花冇假,真係手掌咁大隻大花蝦!蝦肉爽口彈牙勁新鮮、非常鮮甜,蝦膏從蝦頭爆出,芝士上湯都好正不過一稍為冇咁熱就立即「擎」晒,所以後尾碟嘢有點兒難分難解好難夾。豉蒜翠玉爆鴛鴦:)翠玉瓜真係好爽脆!火喉剛剛好豬頸肉啲汁太濃味了,豆腐就有啲辣。煎蓮藕豆皮卷望落有啲似天婦羅,食落有驚喜!咬落唔會有好油炸好熱氣嘅感覺,蓮藕同豆皮融合晒一齊,味道咬口都夾,有啲似芋絲春卷,點埋喼汁,正呀黑白胡椒雞落單時完全估到會係咩,結果原來係上面加左黑胡椒粒嘅白切雞,冇乜特別,亦冇乜技巧,都幾嫩滑。錦繡冬瓜盅超。清。甜!好耐冇試過喺茶樓飲到又唔會杰撻撻、面頭又唔會浮晒油嘅湯了! 仲要勁多冬瓜肉,配埋金華火腿同瘦肉鮮冬菇扒翡翠冬菇得幾粒,又唔係咩貴嘢,俾多啲會再開心啲,生菜油水比例非常好,好味道~花膠蝦乾浸翡翠苗:)唔講都唔知面頭白色細細條嘅就係花膠,冇乜味又爽爽地,似豬皮魚肚多啲。翡翠苗份量好多,不過唔夠嫩,咬落韌,有渣,蝦乾同上湯好鮮味,救返全碟餸柚子伏苓糕黑媽媽嘅伏苓糕其實同龜苓糕同類,食落似涼粉,上面嘅柚子汁就係大家飲開嘅柚子茶,呢種甜品唔係個個鐘意,我就麻麻地喇。…Read More
