Savory Delights at Amitie Kitchen :   I  made an appointment with a friend to have dinner in Tsim Sha Tsui, and there were no choice of restaurants in the shopping mall, so I went to openrice to try the popular Western food! The environment here is quite stylish, suitable for gathering with friends, and there is a check-in photo booth at the door .   🤣The Canadian sea urchin with crab meat and fried egg and the French toasted sea urchin are fresh and plump and melt in your mouth. The portion of crab meat is ample and paired with soft scrambled eggs, giving it a rich texture.  We recommend the watermelon salad that comes with the meal. It has a sweet and sour taste, and the homemade sauce is sour and spicy. It is very appetizing. This salad is very special. I have never eaten it elsewhere. I fell in love with it once I tried it.  The Lunch set includes Japanese soup/Thai watermelon salad, meals, and desserts, which is a good choice. It is a Japanese pumpkin soup. It is very creamy and has a strong pumpkin flavor.  The sweet and fresh gravy is still retained, and it is not tough at all.
