Poor meat quality with around half of the plate being fat. I know 115 isn't exactly expensive but what a joke.Staff did help me exchange the plate when I complained but the second plate wasn't a lot better and it seems they put the good ones on top to hide the fatty meat. Food: this place used to be good, but they upped the price. The least you could do is keep the food quality the same, but no the food is so bland. The Tom yum soup had lots of prawn but wasn't even spicy. Phad Thai wasn't that bad but is not worth the priceService : it was always bad but the food justified it. Got a deal through the Groupon, didn't have high expectations. Sashimi: the fish I got was barely cold and thinly sliced. Aside from the salmon, the other choices were poor Meat: we got pork, chicken and beef on the first round to try out different types of meatPork: there are different types of pork and only the pork neck was well marinated but a bit tough. Beef: the meat looked good before being cooked, but appearance can be deceiving. The ox tongue was very chewy and hard to bite, beef shoulders was thick but chewy and tasteless. the best option was the beef ribs, I had about five plates of beef ribs so that I can be Full. I have never wrote a food review before, but after having fried chicken at chum chum mi, I went out of my way to register an account and write this review. As mentioned in the title, the soup was okay (but overpriced like all their food) and the chicken (if it contained any real chicken) was the worst dish I have ever had in my life. It was over hkd 180 and I could have made better chicken with my feet whilst having my eyes covered. Chicken pieces mainly contained 90% flour, 9% bone and 1% of unknown substance. On the bright side, staff were friendly, the place was clean (but so is my toilet). I go to a restaurant for food, if it sucks nothing else matters. In conclusion, I highly recommend people to try chum chum mi and order chicken if you would like the following experience:Get overcharged for sub-kfc standard chicken Pay top dollar for bad foodHave chicken so bad it will haunt you for the rest of your life.
