The plates and bowls used are all chipped. The noodle in Taiwanese beef noodle soup were in pieces like from someone’s leftover. There’s a sign at the entrance that soup dumpling is only $1 between lunch time and until 17:00 but when you go to the register to pay they don’t charge it like that.
