No matter how many times they change the manager, the attitude will never improve. Also their menu shows photos that they do not serve (please beware). We ordered Sirloin STEAK, they gave us supermarket style, over cooked super chewy thick beef slices. We asked the manager that it looked different to the photo. He replied with a really bad attitude while smirking “oh, that photo? It’s just for reference only”.It wasn’t because they gave us bad beef, it was his attitude and the answer that triggered us. And for him to argue back like it was our fault for not knowing was just disappointing. We’ve been going to this restaurant before it has relocated to Lang Fong Road. I haven't been to Pearl for a year and I must say I was super disappointed with their cashier today. I called in advance for takeout and they told me the total will be $65. When I got there the cashier charged me extra $2. Honestly $2 is not a big amount but I had the right to know, so I asked for a receipt. She got upset and started yelling that she can't do it, because she don't know what I have ordered. So this nice staff came over and helped me and I told her that the cashier was really rude and it's not ok to talk to customers like that. So the cashier got even more upset and told me that she IS crazy and that's how it is. I don't know if this is one of the reason why they are loosing customers, because usually there is a long cue from 12:30-1:45, but I went there today at 1:20, there was no one outside. In my opinion the food is great and the price is reasonable, but I'm not sure if I would want to go back to get yelled at and charged extra. …查看更多
