Our friend who lived in Macau for years swore by this spot for nailing all the classic flavors of Portugal in one meal, and it sure did deliver! Honestly, we weren’t expecting such a classy interior from the unassuming storefront, but the second you step inside, you’re greeted with this chic yet cozy atmosphere.Fried Codfish Cakes MOP 108This was actually my first time to try this classic dish, which was a bit like a crispy takoyaki-style ball. Instead of octopus and all the toppings, it’s packed with fluffy potato mash and savory salted cod fish. The perfectly roasted skin crackled with a golden crunch, giving way to unbelievably tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat. And we couldn’t resist drizzling the sauce over everything, especially the crispy handmade potato chips Sautéed Clams MOP192Our plate arrived overflowing with plump juicy clams, piled high like a seafood mountain. 葡富軒客商街31號地舖店鋪裝修簡潔, 服務員態度良好。食咗幾道菜,味道相當唔錯。馬介休球外酥內綿,鱈魚鹹香與薯蓉完美交融,佐以檸檬蛋黃醬更添層次。 番茄濃湯配手工酥皮卷湯體濃郁酸鮮,酥皮卷鬆脆帶牛油香,蘸湯享用風味加倍。 炙烤豬肋排配葡萄牙波特酒醬肋排軟嫩多汁,焦糖化醬汁甜中帶酒香,微辣薯泥平衡膩感。 整體份量慷慨,葡式風味地道,人均約2百幾,值得回訪!

最近放假去澳門玩返兩手,去澳門就真係必食葡菜,之前食嚟食去都係嗰幾間,問咗澳門嘅朋友,佢介紹咗呢間位於氹仔舊城區嘅小店,話係澳門幾唔錯嘅葡菜,所以我哋預早book定位,行程其中一晚就過嚟試下。當日叫咗以下菜式:🔸 炙烤八爪魚及黑毛豬柳串八爪魚炙得夠香,表面微脆,內裡彈牙~豬柳有驚喜,肉質鬆軟又有層次,兩樣都處理得非常到位!🔸 特製蟹肉釀蟹蓋成個蟹蓋鋪滿蟹肉忌廉,熱辣辣一上枱就香氣四溢~唔會太膩,啖啖都食到蟹肉嘅鮮味,絕對係手工菜嚟!🔸 葡式海鮮飯呢個真係全晚嘅亮點,飯粒吸晒海鮮精華,每啖都食到蝦、蜆、魷魚,濃郁得嚟唔會死鹹,好食!🔸 炙烤馬介休馬介休鹹香適中,口感煙韌有咬口~配埋橄欖油同蒜片,夠晒風味,正宗葡菜style!呢間餐廳口味算真係唔錯,之前食嚟食去都係嗰幾間,今次轉吓其他餐廳都覺得唔錯呀。無論食物定環境都令人食得幾舒服。如果下次再嚟氹仔,會想再試吓佢其他菜式!
