Forcing to be a homebody for combating Covid-19 is so dull. Isn’t it ? Looking at the photos taken from a year ago is one of the ways to kill time at home. A photo taken at the end of last year which attracts me is the yummy food from Shiro Japanese Restaurant and it is for the celebration of a completion from a colleague’s probation. What I have ordered was a Ramen Bento which was a set lunch with some choices. It was not really big but could quench my hunger. I choose: Shiro Tonkotsu -

What I have ordered was a Ramen Bento which was a set lunch with some choices. It was not really big but could quench my hunger.
I choose:
Shiro Tonkotsu - was extremely small but really hot and kept its savour when it was served.
Beef Tenderloin - The meat was crispy but tender and juicy inside.
Prawn tempura - Prawn itself was not gigantic but with the thin flour layer, deep fried delicacy , not even greasy and oily at all .
Salt-grilled mackerel – not too salty but flavorful
Overall , the tastes are superb.
Having a yummy lunch can’t help craving for more!
A little complaint is that serving Japanese green tea has to be charged for HKD12.00 additionally.
