I have gone to the Mongkok branch 2-3 times. Never been to others. Agree that the waiting time is unduly long. But to be fair to the restaurant, customers should have noticed how serious queuing can be when you are approaching the restaurant. You can see the waiting crowd way way before arriving. So if you decide you wanna try, dont complain. If you cannot tolerate queues, leave and dont complain.
Yes... many waiters and even captains pretend to be blind. I can see that they are very busy but that is no excuse. That is not how the service industry is supposed to work. I dont blame the workers. I blame the bosses. They should have employed more people to serve customers. No defence. Guilty as charged.
