Noticed this place occasionally and decided to give it a try with my friend. It's an interesting place located on the third floor of an old building without elevator in Causeway Bay. I loved the decoration here. The red Japanese lanterns hanging from the top and those Japanese ghost animation on the walls. It's really a fun place to hang out at. Food quality here was quite nice surprisingly. They had Chinese and Japanese menu but no English menu, as they named their dishes after all kinds of gho
ごたいめん 五体面 ~ It's a dish of deep-fried dumplings (ぎょうざ) and each had its own flavor: teriyaki, eel, mayonnaise, yuzu, sesame. They were all delicious and its obvious to tell which was which.

クセンボウ 九千坊 ~ A combo cold soba noodles and four kinds of tempura. Cold soba noodles was the best on a hot summer day; and mixed the egg yolk, scallion, and wasabi into the sauce. It's really refreshing, especially with wasabi!

Yes! Those black-looking thingy in the bowl were tempura. They were black coz bamboo charcoal was added to bread crumbs before deep-fried. The four kinds were prawns, pumpkin, okra, and string beans. They didn't get this crispy crust, but still tasty.
ゆきおんな 雪女 ~ I had a hard time deciding if I really wanted to order this drink, coz it looked kinda sweet (I don't like too sweet). I asked and the waiter explained to me patiently (very good service). Blue base was Sprite, soda, and Japanese lemonade (a kind of their carbonated drinks, and it's very sweet to me. That's why I hesitated.). The top was cream, cheese, and a pinch of salt. This multi-layered drink was extraordinary, refreshing base with a rich creamy top.
