I'm not sure if this restaurant is normally so quiet but last night only a few tables were occupied. I find this strange as the food quality was definitely not bad with lots of variety. My favorite is the 蟹膏sushi and cream of corn soup (haha... funny)! Tempura and tonkatsu were fried upon customer order, rather than made ready and sogged in oil. But the uni wasn't too good though. I really don't understand why people would wait in big long line ups at other sushi restaurants where I do not s
