My 2 friends and I decided to have dinner here on a Sunday evening recently. After enjoying a good meal, we were waiting for the bill to arrive when out of nowhere this wine glass shatters into our table (our table was wedged right beside the bar counter) throwing glass fragments everywhere. We were stunned! We immediately checked ourselves to see whether we had any glass fragments on us or if anybody got hurt.
The waiter arrived and proceeded to clean our table. I asked him whether we can get a discount because what happened was really dangerous and we could've been hurt. He gave the slightest smirk and left, and returned with a 15% discount – just slightly more than the 10% service charge on our bill.
Never coming back here again after that. The food was good but carelessness and rudeness of the staff and health danger not worth it.
