Worth the visit at Sai Ying Pun!

Before class, I dated a friend to try out this fusion noodles restaurant for its exquisitely flavoured soup noodles.  You can simply choose your own claimed-homemade soup bases e.g pork broth, tom yum (+$5), Laksa (+$5), Cold Noodle (+$5), Curry Noodles Mix (+$5) and Today's Special.  It costs only $46 for a bowl like this with 2 basic topping choices or add $6 for each premium topping like pork belly, beef, octopus cake, scaloop or oysters to fill up your stomache! You may also adjust according to your preference for amount of spring onions, bean spourts or coriander, which seemingly most people have unique preferences. I was pretty impressed with the array of choices and combinations compared to the times when I visited Noodies more than half year ago.  Many of the choices sounded appealing to me! It therefore took me a bit of time narrowing down my choices

 The Tom Yum soup base was in fact quite flavourful, especially with the added basic toppings of mine, the bowl was overall invitingly luscious.  The Pho Noodles were soft enough that goes well textured with the toppings and Tom Yum Soup!

 Comparatively, my friend and I both agreed that the Laksa Soup was even more well flavoured as it was delightfully spiced with fair spicniess.  The mixture of both noodles were also fairly portioned and each strip of noodles was lusciously seasoned in the rich Laksa Soup.  What's more, the cheese added tang and density to the soup itself! Definitely an exquisitely flavoured bowl!
