We have ordered two dinner set. It comes with a starter and the main. With the unlimited free flow fries, the set is just less than enough. Let’s first talk about the starter. Let’s first talk about the starter. The favorite part out of the three is the home made bread roll. It is the very first time I had the bread with cinnamon sugar coated along the surface in Hong Kong. Pretty signature and unique. The bread comes along with two choices of side source, including the cinnamon again and ordinary creamy butter. The starter also comes with a fresh salad and carrot soup. Very fresh and prepare the customer with the heavy main dish.
Here comes the main. One think would like to highlight is that the seared salmon with cauliflower and kimchi requires one day pre order in advance. Lastly, we pick BBQ baby back pork ribs. The BBQ dressing is quite spicy with a sweet flavor, giving you the two layer of taste in one bite. The back pork ribs is cooked so soft that can be easily teased and eaten. The pork meat is so juicy with the BBQ dressing. All mains come with the fries, or you may on top add $10 for smashed potatoes. But the “free flow” fries is so attractive. The fries is so crispy but at the same time not oily. Even though it is placed under the room temperature for some time, the fries taste exactly the same by the time it comes.
Last but not least, the dining area is perfect for any celebration with you family or the loved one. Reasonable price with quality food. Most importantly, the comfortable seating and the extremely nice waitresses.
