I live in Sai Ying Pun and tried this new restaurant. I love this place!I often go to France and this restaurant is an authentic one. You are directly taking back to the real Paris.First the venue is amazing, with this huge terrace, this open kitchen and the impressive map of the city of love.Then the food. Amazing! First the venue is amazing, with this huge terrace, this open kitchen and the impressive map of the city of love.
Then the food. Amazing! Thanks to the chef!
The home made foie gras is perhaps the best ever tried in Hong Kong! An authentic french Foie gras. The slices are quite thick and it is very tasty. And the chutney served with it is very good.
Then the goat cheese salad. I was curious and a little bit scared, at the same time, by the "lavender honey" dressing but finally it's very subtle and pleasant.
The risotto was really creamy and you can really appreciate the mushrooms flavors. An authentic one.
The roasted chicken is just perfect. They have a rotisserie. Thanks to this, the chicken is soft and crispy. so good and it comes with some incredible potatoes.
And we shared a traditional Creme Brulee. yummy!! perfectly done. Cold and creamy inside and crispy and lightly hot on the top!
Certainly the best place in this area, and one of the best french cuisine in Hong Kong.
