I am meeting my friend at Sham Shui Po tonight for dinner and he suggested that we can go to this Japanese restaurant for dinner.They offered either buffet or ala carte menu for dinner. The selection was plenty, offering wide range of Japanese dishes.Seared flounder - Sushi was soft and smooth and flounder was very soft and oily, instantly melting in my mouth.Salmon and scallop fried rice - The portion was very huge, able to serve 2 person. Salmon and scallop fried rice - The portion was very huge, able to serve 2 person. Rice was fried till fragrant and not sticky at all. There were alot of salmon and scallop meat in it, and was chewy and flavourful.
Sesame chicken wings - It was fried till very crispy and the meat was soft and juicy. It was flavourful as well.
