Watery broth, after sipped the first spoon of soup you can already tell this is not the pho I am looking for, especially this pho shop claimed it is from Canada or the authentic western style pho. Ingredients were weak, very little meat and beef even I ordered the train head combination. Final thought: this pho didn't spend time time and put in the effort to make the broth, that is the most important part of a bowl of pho. Will not visit again
