We saw this new restaurant in openrice. There are not much restaurant choices in Tuen Mun and we decided to try new thing. It's quite surprising that the queue is so long and there are around twenty people waiting. We waited for more than half hour. When we went inside the restaurant, I found lots of vacancy including 6 or 2 people tables. Even we sit insides for 10 minutes, the tables are still empty. For the menu, there are many food choices. I was struggling with which dish should I choose because all of them seem to be delicious. I wanted to order the set dinner, however my friend was too full of her large-size starbuck drink. We finally decided to order individual set.

I was quite hungry and ordered a large portion of meal which is Pan-fried Tomato Rice wit Pork-chop, Chicken Fillet, Shrimp Cutlet & Sunny side-up (Tomato sauce). I think the portion is more than enough for a girl and suitable for a boy. I think the tomato rice matches my taste and perfectly cooked. Shrimp cutlet is very crispy and delicious. Oh, I'd already eaten too much crispy food in Singapore and should keep my dishes healthier. Chicken fillet is juicy and tasty. I think pork-chop is too thick and a bit dry. THe dish should be come with more tomato sauce. But in general, the meal is quite nice with this price.

In recent years, we have fewer western restaurant in Hong Kong. It's pleasant that the restaurant offers mushroom soup with French Puff Pastry Crown.

Finally, we ordered Organic Herbal Tea. It comes with Jasmine scent and taste little flower sweet. I like this drink and feel fresh of it.It helps to comfort your temper(; And have a good sleep.

Besides, I like the considerate and warm decoration. We sit in the table which provides USB insert and socket. It creates a relaxing environment which is similar to Starbuck. However, I don't the student will come to work during peak time. There are little bit differences from Starbuck. Many waiters or waitresses are crossing around the restaurant, and the students hardly concentrate on their work. But I do appreciate their idea.
