This chicken hotpot is a flavour bomb.
A strong, intense Sichuan pepper flavour enhances the complexity of the hotpot.
Even though I just ordered a lowest degree of spiciness, there is a subtle numbness which gives a nice kick.

The wagyu cubes are very tender, juicy and succulent.
The aromatic flavourful grease bursts out the wagyu cube when you give a bite to it.Yummmmm.

The celery is fresh, green and super crunchy.
The scallops are large in size.But they are the frozen one which are not very sweet and a kind of blend.
